I LOVE the food! Because of that, I will put 3 stars...but for all the local restaurants insides, I would give NO stars because they're just so nasty! There's only 3 in Amarillo, so I don't have much of a choice to just go to a different one. The absolute worst one to go to is the one that you can see from the highway. It's the one on Coulter Street. I haven't went there in about a year now because of the nastiness. It's been nasty for years tho. Thinking about the carpet gives me the chills. Here's the clencher, I can only imagine how nasty it is in the back. So, if a restaurant is nasty in the front, I will not eat there. There's 2 other ones in Amarillo. The one on Ross Street, and one on Western Street. Ross Street would be in 2nd position for the nasty front portion. It's been around 7 months since I've sent to that one. The ac was broken all summer. It gets hot here...high 90s to mid 100s...I don't think so. I couldn't imagine having to work in those kinds of conditions. I wouldn't do it. So the last time I was in there, it was September and still hot and still no ac. Lastly, the 3rd store on Western Street. Out of the 3 of them, it's the least nasty. Unfortunately, it's not without its own problems. I was in there about 2 weeks ago during a thunderstorm. It was raining just about as much in the restaurant as it was outside. 😔 The front part of the restaurant is much cleaner than the other 2. When I eat Arby's, I eat at this one. It's way out of our way to do so but I won't eat at the other 2. Oh! I did forget to mention that I won't use the restrooms at any of those 3 places. They're always nasty and need some serious upkeep and of course cleaning. 🤢 I do hope 🤞🏻 that they can fix the problems at each restaurant and not close their doors...because I love their food! There used to be several other Arby's in Amarillo, but they're...
Read moreGreat place to eat if you like variety and tired of burger scene. Famous for roast beef sandwiches,au jour sandwich, spiced curly fries, and signature jamocha shake. If you like coffee, try this shake! This is my go to fast food restaurant after any period of illness as it is not greasy and never makes me sick. They offer turkey and shaved ham sandwiches with cheese. They are famous for their Arby's sauce ,which is a spicy tangy red sauce. It makes the sandwich. They have horseradish sauce as well. They have market fresh sandwiches which are leaner roasted, slim slender cut meat on sandwich bread. They have great salads as well. They have great shakes. They also have regular fries as well. They offer fish, brisket, turkey, chicken. For a limited time, they have pizza. The only downside is that it is a little pricier than a burger joint. They have dine-in and drive through options. They have a large menu. If you just had a medical procedure, hungry, and don't feel like a sit down meal, this is the place to eat, hands down. The only reason I gave it four stars was for the slightly higher prices for fast food. Coupons abound for restaurant in newspaper ads and flyers in the mail. Sign up for email to get coupons too. It is still very affordable for a family on a...
Read more8/31/22 - I am IMPRESSED. For the first time, I used the Arby's website to order ahead and pay for my meal. It is an OUTSTANDING interface, uncluttered, easy-to-use and understand, and which made customizing my purchase quick and uncomplicated. Truly impressive.
But, my experience didn't end there. When I got to the drive thru, I simply told them I was there to pick up my order. The young lady asked me pleasantly for my name, which I gave, then had me pull through to the window. In less than 60 seconds, I had my meal, with drink, properly modified to my specification, with sauces, napkins, straw, and sauces. No fuss, no issues no wait. Unbelievable! The person working the window, while clearly bushed from working shorthanded, was bright bubbly, and both pleasant and professional. I am amazed at how smooth and enjoyable an experience this was. I will be coming back more often.
VERDICT: HIGHLY...
