My advice for Jason's Deli, don't offer a service that you cannot successfully provide! Trying to get a meal delivered from this restaurant was a nightmare. I made the mistake of choosing Jason's Deli for lunch at our quarterly board meeting. The day before the meeting, I called to be sure we were in the delivery area and a lunchtime delivery would not be a problem. I received assurance that there should be no problems. When I placed the order online the evening before, I specified a noon delivery. I was very pleased with the ease of ordering. The system has the ability to specialize/customize each item on the menu and even allows you to include the name of the person who ordered that item. When I completed my order, I received an email confirmation and went about my business. It wasn't until 12:15 the following day when both the president and vice president started questioning me that I called to check on the order. In all fairness, the form does say to allow 30 minutes, but I wanted to make sure that there weren't any problems. I was told the driver was on the way. I took this to mean that he would be at our office within the remaining 15 minutes of the estimated time frame. WRONG! The food arrived over 45 minutes late and none of the specialization/customization entered on the website had been taken into account. Meals requesting fruit or veggies instead of chips received chips. Orders that said no tomato had tomato. The name of the person who ordered the item was not written on any of the food. To top it all off, the tea that was ordered did not arrive. It was being delivered by a different person and was expected to arrive at any minute. This ended up being another 15 minutes. So 45 minutes for the food and another 15 minutes for the drink pretty much took up the entire hour of our lunch meeting. I cannot attest to the tastiness of the food (the ones that were prepared as requested) because everyone had to gobble down the food to be able to return to work. Walked in with the offspring, got a to-go order, don't think we were waiting more than ten minutes before it was pushed out.
Always appreciate a place where the employee will give feedback when asked on food options, went with the recommendation of the Spicy Sicilian and was not disappointed.
Offspring got an order of chicken alfredo and the other a baked potato. Neither of them complained about it, always a good sign.
I theoretically could have dined in, the interior space was rather large and looked well maintained but I have a problem being in places with to many bodies.
That isn't to say they were packed, just more people than I would personally want to be around for longer than necessary.
Oh also got cheesecake for desert, haven't eaten it yet but i'll get around to it. I'm guessing it taste like cheesecake.
Price was reasonable for the food, I expected to spend around sixty and was able to get the deserts and food for under that so... Pretty good value.
All in all, thanks to Jason's Deli on 34th and Coulter for both having tasty food and supporting Code-Blue with it's fundraising efforts. I might not get around to eating there again for a while but it is now on the list of possible choices when I have the funds and motivation to go out....

The second time I ordered they called and I missed the phone call, I called back an hour later when I realized I'd missed it (I was working on a paper and lost track of time). The woman that answered the phone was so kind and considerate about me being a jerk and not hearing the phone lol. She said they would remake my food and send it right out, apparently previously we hadn't heard the door or something. Amazing customer service!
