McDonald's — Restaurant in Amarillo

Horrible service especially from the manager Savanah, really rude and very irritated by us. I asked the girl at window “can I speak to your manager” when she goes and get her And says “these people wanna people want to talk to you” her rude response was “Why?!” Then she comes to the window and I’m telling her I order my food at 6:47 and now it’s 7:15 so I’ve been waiting and now all my food I cold because y’all forgot my daughter food. She didn’t care and was like “I’ll give you a McChicken but I won’t give you anything else because you have your food, can I see you receipt..... Look at my receipt and say you were here yesterday... no today is the 10th... Y’all came earlier, see at 6:47 !!!” I respond with “yes I know that I had to get right back in line to get the food I was missing and I’ve been waiting for about 30 minutes and all my food is cold..” she cut me off and Savanah raises her voice “I can’t do anything call this number” so I cut her off and said “your name is Savanah, Right ?!” & she responds with “why... yeah that’s my name why you need my name” and she just walks away and send the window person with out food and didn’t even finish trying to fix the mistake the establishment made and the crazy thing she was on expo so she’s the one that messed up my order. Nah terrible service now we got cold food and made my pregnant wife upset.....

We stopped at this location for breakfast after a long drive. Upon walking in we were greeted by a sign that says 100%of orders must be made at kiosk offering assistance if needed. Unfortunately that assistance is really not available. The staff refused to speak with customers spending their time on their phones instead. Several customers were in the lobby complaining about the lack of service. We were looking for a large ice water which was not an option on the menus. Once we were able to finally get someone to speak to us we asked for a large ice water offering to pay for it. The young lady refused to provide a large cup of water charging us for a small cup. We understand that staff don’t always have control and asked for a manager. She refused and returned to the back. Unfortunate. We would’ve paid for the large cup as we have a long drive...

I placed my order at the drive-thru. Each of the two cars in front of me stopped and waited at the first window. After realizing no one was going to collect payment there, we each proceeded forward. The girl at the window didn't greet us (or thank us). She took our money and came back with the change and dropped coins and bills into my hand-without counting it back. Then she started handing bags out the window. Upon arrival at our hotel (1/2 a block) we began dispersing the food. Sandwiches were hot and correct for special orders. Fries were cold and inedible. No one would answer the phone so we could report it. Additionally, we received someone else's order containing chicken nuggets, 2 sandwiches & fries and a yogurt parfait. There was only 1 ranch sauce for a combo meal.😞 Sad McDonald's...
