Terrible service. Made and paid for an order at kiosk. Get to window and they don't have what I ordered. They ask me what I would like instead. I asked for my money back. Again they ask what I want instead. Again, I ask for my money back. Wait 10 more minutes and the girl comes back and hands me a sandwich. I asked if it was the one I ordered. She said no we are out. I handed it back and asked for my money back a 3rd time. I wait 5 more minutes for them to come back and say they can't give it back because it was debit and they don't know how to void the transaction. They said a manager would get back with me tomorrow. Unacceptable and I tell them this. They said there was nothing they could do. I told them I would not leave without proof of voided transaction or my money. Both the young girl and young man are being extremely rude the entire time. Not one apology. They put the manager on the phone that says they don't know how to void it so i need to wait until he gets there. I told him I wouldn't leave until I have what I asked for and asked how long it would be until he got there. He said 30 min and I told him I would wait. So, I wait 20 min and manager doesn't show. The young lady suddenly and rudely puts my money down on the table in front of me and says, "my managers name is Rudy. He wants your phone number and there is your money." I asked her why she tried to give me a sandwich I didn't order instead of giving me my money back the first time. She said she didn't hear me. I said both times? She said I'm not aguing with you. Read moreWe have not been to Subway in some time as the last time we went it was awful. I am not impressed with the so called "New Items." While some might be actually be new, others just seem to be the same thing just named differently or it is just another way to make the same sandwich. I am also not happy with the price of everything. Subway has gotten crazy expensive. They don't even offer that many vegetables or high quality items for some of the prices they charge. I will say however, the food we got this time tasted much better than it has in a while. All the people that got a sandwich said it tasted better than it did, but they put less vegetables than normal. I got a protein bowl, and it was good, but I am not sure what the difference is between that and a salad with meat in it because it did not have a lot of meat or other vegetables.
