Earlier today, I ordered a chicken strip basket (among other things). When the meal arrived, there was no side of gravy and my toast was regular (it was not Texas toast, as stated on the menu). I pushed the button to voice my concerns, only to be told that the bread was Texas toast but with smaller slices. What kind of mess is this? Evidently, these people have no idea why it's called "Texas" toast in the first place. I disagreed with her and asked her was it just because they were out of this particular type of bread. She continued to argue without me, trying to convince me that the bread was flattened to look as if it was not the right bread. At this point I was tired of arguing and just requested my money back for the meal. The manager came out, pretending to be concerned of what my issue might be, and told me the same lame excuse. Read moreUpdate, 3/22/2025. I've gone to this location for the last time today. I pulled out of the drive through without the simple 2 drinks I ordered. I was in the drive through for close to 15 minutes. Then the guy in front of me started knocking on the window (after being there for 5 minutes before getting his order) to review something on the receipt with his order. That was all I could take. Who knows how long they took.
Service here is not consistent. Probably 50% of the time something is wrong with my order. Third time editing this post with an error on the same menu item. Today, I got the kid's portion instead of the one I ordered.
Their response below said "thanks for letting us know." But they haven't fixed anything, so that's ringing a little hollow. Can I just have my money back for all 3 of the orders?

Just waited 15 mins for 2 kids meals , was overcharged and charged for something else told they told me they couldn’t refund my card and just gave me a larger drink. WTH Then my kids started to eat the corn dogs and the batter was still dripping raw inside. Went back and told them, the cook came to window I told him my issues. He laughed at me told me he was the manager and the refund would take 48 hrs or more possible. So I waited 15-20 minutes to get overcharged for raw in eatable food and not get refunded. Sonic your employees at 34th and Coulter are terrible and making a JOKE of your buisness. Everyone that has issues with employees and customer service needs to report so that corporate and management can make the correct adjustments to fix all these staff problems and terrible customer service...
