Panda Express — Restaurant in American Canyon

About three years ago I stopped at a Panda Express, in Pace, Florida. The service there was so bad I vowed to never try this restaurant chain ever again. I broke that vow and this experience changed my opinion. The young ladies were all beyond pleasant despite being very busy. When I was asked if I had ever been to a Panda Express, and I replied "No" the lady tripped over herself to help me understand the menu. She even took the time to set up the app on my phone and ensured I received the discounts and points on my first order. I liked the entire experience but I had to remove one star because of the cleaning supplies left in the customer's view. For me seeing a broom, a mop, or a cone...is an immediate 1-star removal. Other than that my opinion has significantly improved and my future experiences will have a benchmark this establishment created for me. I may even eat here again before I resume...

The Panda Express in American Camyon Cahas new operating hrs 9-930. Unfortunately the employees have zero ability to have food ready at 9. They unlocked the doors at 910 and the only food dishes that were available is fried rice and kung pow chicken. I think management should hold a class and explain how time works. I would think everybody understand what the little hand and big hand mean on a clock and if not everybody has a digital clock on their phone. On some level the employees should know how long it takes to cook the dishes and if not then maybe mgmt should be more proactive in making sure all employees know what time to start their shift so dishes re ready at 9am when you say your open. This is a really great location. Most of the staff here are super nice and friendly. Maylen who is manager is super friendly and works very hard alongside her assistant manager Molly. These ladies always seem energetic and Molly always greets all customers as they arrive with a smile on her face. Love her energy. James is also a hard working man as well. Thanks guys! I always come back and use my panda rewards and fill out surveys for free small entrees when I can. By far the best location I’ve been to glad I live nearby. Keep up the great work! Food is always fresh. Teriyaki chicken and Orange Chicken is really tasty...
