I heard about the new pan pizza, so I decided to try them again after not going back because of the bad food and service I experienced over a year ago. I made the call and listen to...we will take your order in just a minute..as I drove the 15 minutes from Plains to Americus...and shut my phone off when I drove up to their drive thru to order there. They took my order at the driv thru and phone number to call me when it was ready in 35 minutes. I ran some erands and came back in 30 minutes and parked right in front of their door 10 feet away. I waited a additional 30 minutes before walking up to the door and asking about my order. Again I gave them my phone number and they started looking. Apparently they forgot all about me because there was no order on the selves waiting to be picked up. I watched three look right at me as they told one to make my order. As I waited another 20 minutes...I watch two come out an sit on a bench to take a brake...to more went to the hall by the back door to talk on their phones, and the other two stood by the drive thru window talking to each other...as I waited out front. Finally they gave me my order and I started on the 10 minute ride home. Craving a taste of the new crispy buttery pan pizza crust..I took a slice out and took a big bite. There was no crisp buttery crust, but a cold soggy crust and uncooked raw dough under the cold uncooked toppings. I mean...not even warm. I had waited for over an hour and twenty five minutes...without complaints or attitude mainly because I don’t ever towards those fixing food I’m going to eat...and for some eason they served my pizza cold,uncooked, and raw! I understand I might have to wait a little longer during the rush times...but....watching them do nothing but stand around after they realized that they forgot my order and then having the nerve to serve it up uncooked, cold and raw? Read moreThe worst Domino's experience I've ever had! I tried at first to order by phone just before 10PM on a Tuesday. I was on hold for over 7 minutes so I decided to order online. After successfully placing my order and getting the confirmation email I watched the tracker like usual because I was starving. After 20 minutes and the tracker showed that my pizza was still not in the oven I called the store and again was holding for 10 minutes this time with no response. I then decided to drive to the store because it was open until 11PM. I arrived at 10:49 and saw that there were employees inside cleaning up and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and the person who responded and opened the door tried to inform me they close at 10:30. I said my order was placed online at 10:14 and the sign on their door said they close at 11PM. He said he would get the manager and then shut the door. A few minutes went past and I was still outside waiting so I knocked on the door again. The same person opened and said I would get my money back in a couple days and I told him that I want to speak to the manager because I was starving and very upset. I was basically ignored for the rest of the time I stood outside and waited and then they turned off the lights. I then decided I would start a video to send to corporate and as I was doing this on 2 separate occasions you could see the employees peeking around the corner to see if I was still there. Read more3/12/22 I called this place, to place an order, and was on hold until I got there almost 40 minutes later. I stopped to pump gas, and still no one came on. I walked into the restaurant, no one was there to pick up an order, and ONLY one employee vehicle was in the parking lot. I called to place an order, as I was driving to work. The guy told me they're not answering the phone because there's only 2 of them there. But, they are not busy. The music is so loud, he could hardly here me place my order. It really upseted me, as my time is valuable. VALUE your job, and your customers! I told him my reason for calling is because I had to be to work and did not want to wait, or be late! Now I'm sitting here waiting on my order, and will be late for work, and all he could say is I'm sorry! Not one person came in or up to place an order. RIDICULOUS! He offered no discount or anything!
