2nd trip
I wanted to add some stars but I couldn't. They didn't have Walnut shrimp so I ordered orange chicken instead. I first ordered a bowl and an extra side but I decided a plate would be better. I still got a bowl and was charged for a plate.
The positive: The meal was warm this time, there wasn't a line at all for drive thru, zip, zero and I didn't get sauce all over my pants. They also included sweet and sour sauce this time as well.
There has to be some kind of disconnect between the order and the fulfillment process. Maybe they look at a magic 8 ball to see what to include.
1st trip
Beware of the service here. Nothing went well.
Story
Don't go to panda express if you need more than one order. I needed 3 but they turned me away. I will go someplace else so my family can eat as well.
I just called them and they thought I meant 3 different transactions. I guess I Need to use the word plate instead of orders. Good grief.
Because of the problem, I decided to try their online ordering. The app and website wasn't allowing me to order half chow mein and fried rice even though the option was there. It seems like there is an error. I decided to call and make order, no orders over the phone. No biggy I guess, my wife and I will just have to split them up later. See how this go. Not sure really where to park. Currently at curbside pickup 1.
Order well take about half an hour. Web site said they are really busy so that's understandable.
Well, I found I wasn't parked in the right place. I decided to go park in front of the building 5 min before time. The car beside me in space 1 had there meal brought out to them by an employee. So I waited looking at the Panda app and it said my order was ready. I waited 10 more minutes and nothing. The entire time I'm looking for signs but couldn't see any. I decided to put my mask on and walked to the front door. There I saw the sign that said go to the side door. Then I noticed tiny blue arrows on the side walk and in the tinted windows no one can see from the side. Why they don't have anything where I was paying is beyond me.
I was wanting to as stars but nothing happened for this. As I tried to pick up my order, there are 3 waiting. One name was highlighted in blue on receipt, the 2nd I look at wasn't but found it. I saw my receipt then sitting on a tray by itself. I had to flag down one of the employees to see if the last order was mine.
I at first didn't notice that teriyaki sauce was on the bottom of the bag which got on my lap and seat. It was all over the inside of the bag as well. I had to put them on plates. We selected sweet and sour sauce and requested extra but we got none. Or food was cold so it wasn't very enjoyable.
I have never had such terrible service anywhere. I will go back again and write another review and see if this is typical of there service. I always write detailed reviews when service is either superb or terrible. I unfortunately have to give them 1 star for their service.
Everyone go to the other Panda Across town. They give excellent...
Read moreAfter a busy day of work, and a daughter that just got out of surgery, And no desire to cook dinner; You really want to go to a place that you know is going to end your day with a smile on your face. The associate working she was absolutely rude when taking the order, she was very abrupt, and very impatient,. When I got to the window I asked her name and no one would give it to me. I asked for a manager and a young girl came to the window that had the tag with the name of manager said she was the manager and said in a very passive way that she would privately speak to the girl. She did not seem concerned and actually seemed annoyed that I would even be complaining. Leaning through the window with both arms crossed and not even a smile on her face or an apology. When I asked for her name so that I could talk to somebody else she refused to give it to me. Then they closed to the window and they took longer than normal to finish the order. I felt as though I had just become the uncool kid at a high school bullying match. The food specifically the chicken mushroom was burnt looking and it was not warm . And completely unedible. We received none of the sauces that were supposed to come with the sides that we did order. My daughter ended up sick to her stomach. And when asking for help was treated as though my concern was a problem for them. They purposely do this to my food?Makes me wonder. But now...
Read moreComplete waste of time and money. My wife and I were out running errands and decided to stop on our way home. As we pulled into the drive-thru I noticed it a complete mess but didn't think much of it being in such disarray as I know how it is to forget about things when you're busy. We ordered our food and the first red flag was that the girl operating the drive-through was talking with her friends, over the intercom, as I was placing my order. We got to the window and as I paid we were told to drive and park in any spot in front of the building because there would be a ten minute wait on the chow mein. I figured nothing of it and did as asked. Fast forward 15minutes, we finally get our order, lacking 90% of what we ordered. So I get back into the drive-thru, kindly inform the girl that we are missing most of our order, and she snaps at me, telling me I'd be better of coming inside, so I did. Went inside, spoke with the manager that was on duty and was treated even worse. We finally get our food and head home. Upon opening our food we noticed a massive puddle of grease at the bottom of our dishes, what seemed to be pan scrapings of day old chicken, and not to mention the massive amount of red chili flakes dumped over all the chowmein and honey sesame chicken. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Never going back to this location, if you want to save yourself the trouble, avoid this location...
