I try to be as honest as I can without inflating the issues but if I think a place is worthy of 1 Star, I feel it would be my duty to do something more, like dedicate some time to, at least, warn people by writing a lengthy review thus preventing would-be patrons from ignorantly inflicting harm to themselves by blindly entering a place that will, almost certainly, wreck their day with extremely hostile and invasive bacterial agents generated by careless operatives disguised like chefs. I was one of these uninformed subjects who willingly entered this unclean environment three times with my children (I'm so ashamed), thinking it wouldn't be the same as the last time. On each occasion I barely escaped the full consequence of purging all content I consumed as it aggressively travelled through my digestive track and tested every muscle in my lower region as I anxiously made haste to the restroom to make full deposit in the only depository available. After subjecting myself to such violence, I have convinced myself that these three experiences were selfless acts of patriotism in order to protect and serve my fellow Chinese-food-aficionados. My investigation of this place has proven, at least for me and mine, that the discomfort of my experiences far outweighs any positive (which I'm hard pressed to think of any) I might remember once my therapist leads me out of the darkness of the trauma inflicted by my new nemesis Evergreen. I may never psychologically recuperate from the horror of what I left behind in the depository for I took no rest in that room. Please, if you must go into this dangerous environment, wear a mask and never take it off. If you do, wear a diaper, bring wet wipes, and always keep spare britches and pants in case those muscles in the lower region fail like the levies during Katrina. Lastly, never go alone- it is not safe. Besides, if you don't make it who is going to retrieve those spare...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusted with the service here today. I am not a fan of this establishment but my sister encouraged me to give it another try so I did. We get there and the waiter shows us our seat and asks what we want to drink so we tell him and then we proceed to the buffet. We get back and no drinks. We wait a few more mins then I get up and find him and ask if he would like us to get them or if the drink station is self serve and he says oh ya I'll get it. So he gets them and then for some reason goes the long way to give them to us. Then towards the end of the meal ask if we need refills and we say yes and he goes to get them and again disappears and forgets our drinks and starts bussing a table and talking with other workers so we waited yet again. All this could have been dismissed however, my sister only eats seafood, she doesn't eat red meat or chicken at all, so she picked this place for the seafood options she got the triple seafood dish and after taking a few bites realizes it's not fish but instead it's chicken. When our waiter finally returned with that water, I asked him if It was chicken and he said yes so I try to explain that it says seafood on its description and literally in the middle of me talking he walks away. Im like umm excuse me? And he waves his hand like ya ya ok and leaves. So when we go to cash out I let the manager know as well that my sister doesn't eat chicken and it's labeled wrong and the waiter ignored me and once again the manager literally ignored me and was like oh ok ya ok brushing me off. Never apologized. Didn't offer to discount her meal. We told him how rude it was to not even apologize or even correct the mislabeled food because what it someone is allergic to chicken or something and he waved us off and mockingly ok have a good day as he waved us out. I will never return here again and am absolutely they are appalled with the...
Read moreHas anyone else had a problem with this restaurant taking an additional $10.44 when they use a card?! My meal was only $52.12. When I checked my card history it shows that this restaurant charged me $62.65 for the mail my receipt that they gave me shows the right amount but my card transaction shows a different story. I called the restaurant and asked them if they had taken out a tip or anything. They said no they proceeded to ask for my phone number they supposedly made a phone call to the people. Their people said that it only showed that they charged me the $52.12. but I told them that my card history said different. They proceeded to tell me some story about somebody using a card and that somebody hacked it and every time they use the card so much money would be taken out and put into another account. Now I've used my card multiple times and never had that issue only at this restaurant. This happened to me once before 2 years ago when I used my card at this restaurant an additional $10 and some odd cents was taken out. Then they preceded to laugh and say well it's only a significant amount what's $10. But if they're taking $10 from each person that goes in there using their card that $10 adds up every day every week. So my warning to you is do not use your card at this restaurant use cash or if you do use your card check to see if they're taking $10...
