Burger King — Restaurant in Anaheim

Waited at the drive- thru for 45 minutes last night. The restaurant’s lights were on. It was raining. When my car got to the intercom, nobody was responding. Waited for 5 minutes. No use. So, I moved forward to order directly at the window. I got almost to the window. There were two cars ahead of me when I heard an argument. A customer had gotten off his car, gone to the window and was demanding for an explanation. A young boy and a girl -restaurant’s staff- were standing at the drive- thru window. Awkward that they were laughing, telling the customer that the restaurant was closed and they had let all the customers on the drive- thru line know about it!!!! I was there for over 45 minutes and I never saw them or anybody else doing that. So, I got off my car , walked to the window and asked them if I can to pick up my order placed one and a half hour ago. They gave me the same answer while laughing!!! I told them I waited in the line for 45 minutes and the time I got there, was before closing time. And I told them that line has backed up to the street and I never saw you letting customers know you’re closed. At that time the line had backed up all the way to the street with over 15 cars behind me. As much as this was funny for them, it made us - the customers- upset at the unbelievable way they treat customers. If we wanna keep our business open, active and make money, we need to be organized. We need to supervise all those people who are supposed to provide service to customers. A few cases like this, and our customers shift toward...

New building. I tried them last week and it was okay. I was having high expectations since the place is new but the lack of friendly service ruined the visit. I ordered OG chicken sandwich with light lettuce and they basically added the whole dang lettuce 😆 which I removed myself. I paid $9 for a dang og chicken sandwich because I added cheese?! (No fries or drink) It seems a little overpriced. Even though it's closed to home I will skip and go to the one down Brookhurst st.
