Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Anaheim

I love Carl's Jr.! Today sadly the service at this location was not great. The lady at the drive through was nice, only reason why I'm giving 3 stars. I got the new BBQ Riv burger since it's new, and I love trying out the new burgers. This burger doesn't come with cheese, so I paid extra for cheese. ( everything is fine )

I ended up parking to eat, and as I finish my first bite, I noticed there was no cheese in ther burger. Usually I never care , but I paid for the cheese so I figured I would go Inside and just ask to add cheese. ( since I did pay extra for it ) lol

So, I told the manager ( I think it was the manager ) and told her if they could just put cheese in my burger. She had like the biggest attitude lol and then asked if she could just give me a slice of cheese . I was like, in my hand ? Is there any way you can just put it in the burger? I gave her the box and still had this attitude.

So, the cook in the back was like, it came with cheese ? I could hear her all pissed off... finished like three other orders , I was there like ten minutes .

I didn't ask for a new burger, I just asked if they could just put a slice of cheese. So, after ten minutes she finally remakes the burger and literally throws it in the food rack area. The burger almost fell out of the box. The drive through lady gave me the burger finally and I told her, why is she so mad ? Lol I mean, it does say ( add cheese ) on the receipt . I paid for it.

She looked kind of puzzled and just said I don't know...

After that I just walked away and left .

I go back to my car and the meat was supppeeerrrr dry and she drenched the burger in BBQ sauce. Didn't even get to enjoy it.

Don't think I will be going back to this Carl's...

If I were able to give a 0 star to this restaurant I would it has been 2 nights constantly where I have gone around 2:00 a.m. in the morning through drive-through to try to purchase lunch and the associates closed the restaurant temporarily when waiting for 35 minutes and associate finally response she's rude And almost yelling that they are taking their break It is not my problem the time they take their break that is a company that needs to make time for this people to take their break not me as a paying customer if I'm waiting for 20 minutes and then she comes out and tells me that there taking the break why not at the beginning so I can take my money somewhere else that happened 2 nights constant at the same time then today Saturday at 10:55 a.m. I call That restaurant to speak with a manager VINO Team lead tells me she doesn't have time to hear my concern because she's it's only her one cashier And she's busy at the moment She said I will give you concern to the manager I didn't even finish expressing my concern in regards this issue she almost hang up the phone as quick So that tells me that this restaurant with this staff doesn't care for their customers at all if a team Lee doesn't even have the time to hear my concerns that's why there are so seats are unprofessional unethical and who even knows the way of cleanness Food handling Is there are so unprofessional do not take your food to a place doesn't care about...

Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my life. The attendant at the drive through speaker took our order into her own hands, and after eventually having it right on the sign, changed it once more to be completely wrong.

My "Super Star" with no tomato or onions turned out to be a "Famous Star with half of a patty, once slice of pickle if that's what you want to call the dime sized thing I got, and sixteen pounds of mustard all squished onto two soggy, malformed buns.

The Double Western sandwich my wife ordered was turned into a single patty, a half cooked onion ring, and a dollop of sauce, also squished onto two soggy, malformed buns.

Our two orders of criss-cut fries had to be left in a bucket of oil to soak up the gross flavor of "near vomit" as we could only describe. The crunch and flavor we expected was met by a wet, soggy, cardboard variant of fast food fries.

To our surprise they managed to get the drink orders right, and even some straws to match. Thanks careless employees, you've done less than the job you were...
