My Daughter and I went to one of her friend's bday parties last year here. The food was great, the kids had fun, and the ambience was joyous - typical for these types of places really. What drew my attention, however, was the level of service by the hostess.
So, we had my Daughter's bday party here. I called the number provided, but experienced some difficulty getting through to the Fullerton site. I finally reached corporate to reserve my Daughter's party, and spoke to Destiny who helped me make the basic reservation. She was very informative and patient, but informed me that what she can tell me is rather limited because she was not at the site. Nevertheless, I felt that Destiny truly cared, and wanted my Daughter's bday party to be a blast!
The guest list continued to increase, and I needed to make major modifications. I tried a few times to reach the Fullerton site, and finally spoke to Madison. O.M.G., she is awesome! She patiently explained all of our options, made the right suggestions without trying to increase the bill, and even found the hostess that hosted my Daughter's friend's party last year (i.e., Kayla)! Madison is absolutely thorough, patient, and completely organized.
We were allowed to arrive 30 minutes before the designated party time. Madison led us to Kayla and Manu who were already setting things up. My Daughter even got to help with the decorations! As the guests started arriving, I realized how important it was that we got 2 conjoining rooms - 24 kids and 30 adults! Nonetheless, Kayla did not allow the party to transform into chaos - it was ORGANIZED madness, the most fun kind of party! Kayla received the guests, tallied them, made sure all had waivers filled out, and Manu assisted diligently in putting on the wrist bands for the kids and answering questions. A couple of hostesses/hosts apparently called in sick, so Manu had to help out with some other parties nearby, but that was okay b/c Kayla did an absolutely fantastic job! The food was also awesome, as Kayla and Manu served each child individually. Madison also swung by to make sure all was going well.
Once our time was up, Kayla and Manu placed all the leftovers and presents on a couple of tables nearby where the party continued, and the kids kept jumping (they can continue jumping until the place closes for the day).
Madison came by to make sure everything went well. Some of the parents also spoke to her about having their kids' parties here. Madison is an absolute gem of a person, and the perfect representative for Urban Air. She knows EVERYTHING there is to know about Urban Air, and how to throw a proper party. Honestly, I can totally see a major events planning company scouting her, and scooping her up; better yet, she can start her own wedding planning company! I suppose she can just stay with Urban Air, and just run the entire show . . .
This place is an absolute haven in which to have a bday party, especially for a handicapped parent such as myself - EVERYTHING is taken care of,...
Read moreThe activities were fun but the customer service was awful. We came for a birthday party and waited almost 30 minutes for our server to bring our party socks. You can't enter any of the structures without Urban Air's socks so we wasted 30 minutes trying to track our server down.
There was an obstacle course area that was roped off and there were 3 employees standing right next to it chatting. Nobody told us to wait in line or anything as they were busy in conversation so all of the kids were ducking under the rope to enter the course. One of the employees, Beni, got in my face and told me wait behind one of the ropes and to wait until he let each child in, one by one. I let him know he was being incredibly disrespectful and to never speak to a customer in that way ever again. There are 4 lanes in the obstacle course - according to the rules, you don't have to leave the course unless you fall in the ball pit. Beni decided to get in my face again and tell me that once my daughter finishes a lane, she needed to exit the course and wait in line again. I asked him why he was singling my daughter out and another Mom had to point out that those weren't the rules. By this point, my daughter was upset and didn't want to play in the obstacle course area anymore and so we left.
We moved on to the area where an employee put a harness on you so you can walk in an above ground sort of course. My 7 year old was not as quick as the teenagers so she was one of the last to finish the course. At no point during the course did an employee named Sinclair explain anything. I stood there and watched and listened the entire time. When it got to the end, my daughter was having trouble making her way to the end. Neither one of us realized that she needed to put her hands above her head and hold onto her rope and she made her way to the end and Sinclair didn't explain this. Instead, Sinclair walked over to my daughter and shouted at her multiple times to "GET UP!!"
I can't express how disappointed I am in the way we were treated and spoken to by a bunch of kids who look like they're still in high school. There are many bounce places to spend your money at, this is not one that I...
Read more(Sunday, February 2, 2025) It was my first time booking a party event for my daughter at a trampoline park. My daughter had the best birthday ever, and it was all thanks to our party host, Graycie. She went above and beyond for our guests. I was a bit worried on how I would handle 16 kids and their parents. But Graycie took such a big weight off my shoulders. She greeted me when I first got there and asked me if I was ok with the room, which I really was. She went over the food and when she would bring out what. She set up the table, when the kids arrived she got them all situated with wristbands and socks. She had the party on a schedule, like when the kids could go play, eat and sing happy birthday. When it was time to eat, she served all the children. She got my daughter's cupcake ready with the candle lit up and everything. And at the end, she cleaned up after everyone. She put the gifts in storage and I was able to pick them up when it was time to go. (Another employee helped take them to my car. Must say, all the employees I encountered today were so helpful. Down to the security guard as well.) I couldn't have asked for a better party host. Because of her I was able to mingle with the other parents and enjoy myself as well.
Graycie, thank you so much for such a wonderful day. My daughter said she had the best birthday ever. And you were such a big part of it. I will forever remember this day and how smooth and amazing you made it. So thank you so much! If I end up booking again next year, I hope we have you again.
For the event, we had someone do face painting. She painted the most beautiful and high quality face painting I've ever seen. She even added crystals and glitter to some of them. Thank you so much for painting like 15 kids. I know it was a lot, but you did so great! And all the kids loved their painting.
At one point they gave out free animal balloons. My daughter got a flower and a snail. I thought it was super cute how they would make whatever the kids requested.
Overall had such a wonderful, fun time. Thank...
