Stopped for a quick bite. I ate inside. I had a problem with my order. When I tried to explain it to the lady at the register, she acted like she didn’t understand English. She asks another customer in Spanish next to me to tell her what the #18 consisted of. The carne asada was in a soft flour tortilla which was stuck to the wrapping paper. I asked for it to be remade in a hard taco shell. It was remade and when I asked to verify that it was carne asada, voila, her English then was very good. I paid for carne asada & I did not get it.

All the tables were dirty. I had to clean my own to sit down. I also don’t like when you cannot serve yourself on fountain drinks. Lastly, there were questionable looking people sitting in the dining area with no food or drink. Just loitering I do not recommend & I will not be returning.

Pretty much most dels are the same as far as food so mostly rating customer service. Employees are all pretty nice but what lost them a star was whenever the manager guy is working late nights he shuts down the ice cream machine by midnight. Every other employee that works late will clean it but have it back up & running within 20 mins. He clearly can't handle the late night rush & having to clean it so instead lazily just shuts it down for the entire night. That's usually when like everyone wants sweet treats & it's sad his lower level employees manage perfectly fine just cleaning it & getting it back up while handling the late night rush but he who is supposed to be a higher position more experienced simply can't manage so lost a star for bad customer service...
