Subway — Restaurant in Orange

The Hispanic big lady who works there is extremely rude and does not wash her hands. It's like it hurts her to move around and she has a mouth on her. She does not wash her hands when she prepares sandwiches. and I need to report her to the owner and hippa and OSHA because the restroom toilet seat was splashed with something that i cannot describe and they never have toilet paper. And when I told her to put gloves on before she even began to make my sandwich. She said i am not making your sandwich. And she told me that i needed to " chill the hell out and not talk to her like i am someone with authority over her". And I could not believe what she had just said to me. So I hope no one has to ever go through some awful experience like the one I went through today. Never again will i make the mistake of going...

I have had the worst experiences lately at this Subway. I went in today to order a breakfast sandwich and asked for it to be in a spinach tortilla instead. I asked for a little more cheese and she said she would have to charge me extra so I declined. My "wrap" ended up costing over $9, when the breakfast sandwich was only $4. She didn't tell me that it was going to be a $5 charge for a tortilla. That is outrageous. They lack in quality...

I waited 10 min before a worker came from the inside kitchen asking me of what do I need so I made the order and sit to eat. 10 min later she came asking me to leave & eat my sandwich outside because it’s 3pm and she need to close!!! This was so RUDE!!! I’m still shocked of how they hire ppl like that and not even train them of how to deal with the customers!!! Will never go back to that...
