The only reason why I rated one star was for the old guy who helped we checked in. He was kind. Everything else was HORRIBLE. I’ve stayed at so many hotels nothing could be worse than this. Disliked · First of all I was given a room right next to the hotel exit side door. People going in and out all night. Not only that but the room was on the first floor. Noise upstairs awful . People stomping u could hear absolutely everything through the walls. I could hear people talking in halls and doors as they are going in and out. I was traveling with 2 little ones u guys can only imagine how that went. The noise was outrageous. At 2am I kindly had my husband ask to pls ask for a change of room. They told him they couldn’t do anything until the next morning because they were completely booked. Yet people kept checking in. so I went out there and I ask myself. Mr Gustavo I think was his name said he would be happy to check me out of the hotel if I wanted to leave. 😨 what kind of customer service is that ? At 2 am ? Like really. I am giving the hotel my money in return I am being treated like garbage. I am still shocked about this place. I insisted I also ask for manager he said no one was available he also said he could upgrade me to a diff room but I needed to pay more 😳 I was like are u kidding me? Thought he said the rooms were all booked. After so many inconveniences the least they could have done was helped me out. I finally gave up and ask how much I needed to pay for the difference because I seriously needed rest. He ended up upgrading me because he said I was practically paying the same amount so he swapped me to the 3rd floor which also wasn’t great with the noise but better than the first one. I completed my stay for 3 nights because it was a very short stay but I am very disappointed. I read the reviews before booking and there was sooo many great things it honestly wasn’t nothing like that. Beds are hard, not once my room got cleaned because housekeeping only cleans at 8am so if u wake up late or want to sleep in then u get a dirty room for the amount of days u stay. The building is very old. Tv is very old fashion. Carpets feel dirty. Fridge didn’t work. Fan is so noisy, elevator is noisy, I also asked for additional pillows and towels it took hours for them to to take it. Breakfast was just okay. The customer service was the worst I have ever received. Will not be...

An excellent choice if you are looking for moderately priced accommodations or a hotel convenient to the UCI hospital. This hotel is not a luxe 4 or 5 star hotel, but it exceeded expectations. I needed to be near the UCI hospital and, although there are fancier accommodations a short drive away, I preferred to be in walking distance. This hotel is just across the street. I stayed here multiple nights, usually not booking until the evening after confirming that I’d need to be there again the next day. Availability was not really an issue. I noticed some Disneyland goers here, so I guess it’s close enough for that purpose too. ||PROS: |- Staff was very nice and welcoming. Upon learning the reason for my stay (the hospital as opposed to a vacation), one even told me I wasn’t getting the best rate and applied the lower rate to that evening. Very kind. |- There’s a sundries stores that sells snacks and a surprising large variety of wine. |- I forgot my toothbrush, and they had a nice complimentary kit that was provided. |- The free fresh baked cookies in the lobby were bomb. So was the lemonade. |- The stay included breakfast, which was not fancy but solid. Options included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, croissants, bagels, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, and tea. On days when I had to rush to the hospital, none of the staff seemed to care if I took a bagel to go rather than eating there. |- The rooms are reasonably clean and good size. |- There’s a pool that I didn’t use. |- Electric car charging available on premise. It was lower speed charging, but still nice to have. |- Microwave and fridge in the room if that’s a selling point for you. |- I needed a few items that I ordered from Amazon. The staff accepted the package and called to let me know it had arrived. No charge for those services. ||CONS: |- I stayed in several different rooms at the hotel. Most were fine albeit dated, but one had ants. I called reception and they offered me a spray, but couldn’t move me due to availability. |- Parking was about $15 per 24 hours. Seems slightly high for the area, but it’s fine. |- In room toiletries were quite limited - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Otherwise only lotion, but...

A really amazing hotel! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our family trip! I almost don't want to write this review as it feels like a hidden gem. There were so many more benefits to staying here versus hotels that were within walking distance of Disney.

The lobby was so pretty. It felt like I was walking into someone's living room. My favorite part had to be the giant fireplace, I could just sit there and stare at it all day long. Loved the tall ceilings!

We requested a room on the second floor and it was nice to have the option to take the stairs or elevator. There was even a small seating area on the second floor that overlooked the lobby. The room we got had a divider in the middle that separated the beds. It was spacious and clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge already puts this place legions above the hotels near Disney without burning a hole in your wallet.

Bathroom was clean and spacious. This is the biggest shower/bathtub that I've ever encountered in a hotel. The water pressure was on point. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall.

Breakfast buffet was top tier! Everyday had something slightly different but there was something for everyone that's for sure. Their bacon and spicy pork sausages were my favorite offerings.

There's also a gym, business center (with printers and computers) and outdoor pool. The pool was even heated but didn't get a chance to try it out this time. Both the pool and jacuzzi looked well maintained and clean!

This place was close to the highway so Disney was just a quick 10 min drive away and back. They also have free parking. Like can the perks of this hotel...
