Eagle Motel — Hotel in Anaheim

It is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only was the room dirty and disgusting. It was not safe as the electrical outlets were broken and the tub and bar in tub was broken. The towels were actually stained and dirty. When I took them down to trade there was no one there. They harassed me and threatened me since I need help since I am disabled and do not have transportation. This was supposed to be a safe place for me to get some rest and plan how to get the help I need, but has been a nightmare that has caused panic attacks and migraines. Not sure if it was the stress or the lack of sanitation at this motel. They did not make any accomodations for my disability even though I requested reasonable accommodation of the first floor 3...

Just left 2 months ago due to infested room with bed bugs might be better now due to multiple changes of beds curtains n having to throw away personal items I have multiple pictures that I will soon post

I've been here for about 3 months going on 4. The manager let me see my room before paying. It's not the best looking room as for my carpet or furniture but i keep it well clean n i dont have roaches but i spry anyways. Free cable n it's good as for bed bugs i was getting bit but manager took care of it. Besides that the manager is the best manager ive had at a motel in my entire years of living n staying in motels. It was a good place but since a Manger who was here keeping things clean, keeping the trash out, ect its gone down hill. Manager after manager hired don't understand anything we tell them, nothings getting fixed when we've reported several times over years. The constant noise issues, parking issues weather is inconsiderate way they park or blocking the drive way, constantly hanging out in the stairs which is a fire hazard and finable by law, parking lot is always trashed, questionable visitors coming and going and staff just stopped caring.
