Al Sanabel Bakery — Restaurant in Anaheim

"A hidden Gem" this place is literally two blocks from where I live. I pass this place evey day and had never tried it before. Its a wonderful place to eat in the heart of Anaheim. The first time trying Lebanese food. I'm glad I did it here! The place was very clean and the owners and the staff are super friendly, not to mention the great food they have. The first time I was there I tried the chicken kabob plate which was delicious, now i go at least once a week and try to order different things from the menu. The best part is: I am never disappointed! I love the Sultans Delight, Zaatar, Spinach Pies, Bulgur Salad, Margherita pizza, (my daughter loves that too), the Falafel is great too and the Semolina Halva with Ice Cream for dessert is the cherry on top. To my surprise the other day I noticed they now sell Turkish ice cream. My daughter now wants to go more often, my favorite: Pistachio! I can literally go on about this place, but overall, is the friendliness of the owners and the staff that also make it a great place.. oh and the prices. Very reasonable prices, so whenever you're in Anaheim, check out this Hidden Gem called...

Best Turkish food. Everything is great here. Awesome Middle Eastern food!!!

May 1st, 2021 Visited my favorite Turkish restaurant today and so happy I did! We ordered their pizzas, kibbeh, iskender, chicken kabob, and zaater today. I can only say thank you to the owner who we met years ago. The food is consistently delicious. Thank you 🥰

Wow❣️❣️❣️ This restaurant never disappoints, nothing but the BEST Middle Eastern food I’ve had. I try to come here as often as I can. The Iskender, the chicken kabob, the tabbouleh, the hummus, the flatbread, the Kebbeh, the hot tea, the baklava it is all so amazing!!! If you love fresh food, this is a must!

Love the owners of the restaurant, they are so so so nice 🙏

I was greatly impressed by the service, the hospitality, the overall spirit of this restaurant. I was treated like a guest in someone's home. Also, I was given a few samples as Farah sensed that I am completely not familiar with the Lebanese cuisine.

I enjoyed my visit... Also, I do not give out 5 stars very often and this humble restaurant and bakery gets this rating based on their friendly and gracious manner...

I visited again and found out that there is a new owner. I found him to be very nice and helpful. The gal working here introduced me to one of her regular customers (a doctor that eats here daily and raves about this restaurant. Very mannerly and again I was treated like a guest!

Also found customers to be friendly as I did talk with a few that were dining. Overall enjoyable and inviting.
