I came here near 12pm on a Tuesday and there wasn't a long line. Maybe three people ahead of me. However, they should have at least 2 people working for breaks and help because there was a single gal who was taking care of the register and the drinks aaaaaaand the food. Some others came in after me but I waited about 10-15 minutes just to get a blended oreo drink.

I've gotten some teas here before at a different location, and I usually get a similar oreo drink at Urban Location in GG, but this one was literally just ice and chocolate. In the beginning, I had to re-ask for boba because she made it without but corrected it by putting everhthing in a new cup. However, I didn't even taste any oreo at all! The chocolate taste was too overbearing and so artificial in a way so when I went back inside to ask the young gal if I could exchange for another drink, she said that they could not exchange it because it wasn't a mistake in order and that it was on me just because I didn't like it.

I didn't want to fight her on it because she was nice about it so it ended up being trash when I went home.

Giving this place 1 star for understaffing which results in long wait time for customers (the people behind me probably waited forever) and that they have no satisfaction guaranteed policy which other boba places...

Walking in, you're immediately charmed by its cozy and cute atmosphere. 🌼 Their menu boasts an incredible variety of boba drinks. I tried the Iced Green Tea, and it was perfect, and my mom had the coconut milk tea, which she stated loved how it was just the right amount of sweetness. The boba pearls were just right, and the drink's flavors were refreshing and perfectly balanced. From classic milk teas to fruity infusions. Don’t sleep on their food offerings. I had the Crispy pork with fried rice, and it was delicious! The food is not just an afterthought here; it's crafted with care and complements the drinks perfectly. Whether you're in the mood for savory snacks or sweet treats, they've got you covered. The staff Brian was very friendly and helpful when my mom and I were unsure about what to try. Thank you, Brian, for recommending the Taro Fries. They are my new favorite fries! It's a spot I’ll be returning to...

Ruuun from this place! Service is horrible. We came here for the first time, and the guy taking our order was texting when we were ordering with him. We had to wait for him to put his phone down so he could get the order in. This should of been the red flag to leave. When we got the order, one of the 3 drinks we ordered had extra extra boba. I felt it as soon as I grabbed the cup. When I mentioned it to the guy, he laughed and said oh are you complaining? And laughed in my face. I told him this is an excessive amount of boba (we ordered two strawberry banana slishies with boba. I think he didn't make enough of the slushy, so he filled the cup with boba). The guy was so rude we will never be back. He refused to fix the issue, so I said we would never be back. He had zero customer service. The experience...
