This was a nice little park to walk around. My bestie and I couldn't go inside any of the houses. They were all locked. But, it was fun to see the historical houses. Also, all the trees and plants around were very beautiful. I loved that huge fig tree! The morning glory flowers were blooming, so those were really nice as well. Stop by if you're in the area and have a little walk around.

Learn about and see how German Founder's of Anaheim lived and created the city of Anaheim, CA. Annaheim meaning " home by the Santa Ana river" in German. You will also see the giant fig tree that is over 300 years old!

Didn't get to go inside, but the construction in those days fascinates me. The window were curved to match the curvature of the walls. Absolutely amazing to me. The huge tree was very worth seeing.

One of the few bits of Anaheim's interesting German history that is left. It is well preserved and well maintained, with interesting informational placards, etc. Unfortunately it is only open about once a month for tours, so if you actually want to go inside the house you'll have to check to see if and when they are open. One of the prettiest trees in Anaheim sits on the property, a huge fig tree that was apparently the inspiration for Disney's Swiss Family Robinson tree house. Worth a quick stop if you're visiting and fed up with the endless strip malls and concrete of this part of OC. It's like a...

I remember going there for a field trip in elementary . Both houses were really interesting but something I can't forget is of the painting in the big house how its eyes would follow me wherever I would go. Ever since that day I've been wanting to go back but I had forgotten where it was located. I am really excited to...
