I used to work in this "establishment", and while I was there, they used a bucket of bleach and old rags to "clean" every surface, from toilet seats to the food-prep area. The dishes were "washed" with cold water and a touch of soap. I don't know who the owners are paying off to keep this "business", let alone their rating, but this place should have been closed down long ago.
Furthermore, the working conditions were abysmal. Getting burnt by hot coals happened nearly on a nightly basis, and there was little to no "safety" in the back room. The hookahs were only watered down once a week for "cleaning", and I've seen many people get sick due to the lack of care to these hookahs and how raw food was prepared on a surface which was "cleaned" by a bleach-covered rag that most likely was used to "clean" the restroom within the past few days.
In closing, there are plenty of other hookah lounges which are better in every way for both customer AND employee experiences.
