In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Anaheim

Cal was extremely disrespectful while taking my order in the drive thru. I was still getting my grandfathers order and I let him know that I wasn't finished with my order three times before I unfortunately snapped at him and told he firmly that I was not ready. I went up to the first window to pay and let Haley know that Cal was rude while ordering and I understand this is fast paced however he was rushing me to order and there was no cars behind me. Haley was very kind and apologized for him. When I went to the pick up window, he was again rude and I told him that he needed to slow down because he didnt even give me a chance to tell him how many spreads I would like or that I want yellow peppers. He proceeded with just saying excuse me 3 times and walking away from the window saying "I am so glad that I am almost off." Never came back to the window so Dayna had to finish my order up in which it was wrong. I for some reason received regular fries and 3 burgers when I order 3 burgers and 2 animal style fries which I was made aware of when I talked with Daniel the Manager. I informed Daniel that my grandfather in the back has autism so it takes him some time to get his order and for Cal to disrespect that shows that he lack sympathy or basic human decency. When talking to Daniel, he let me know that this location had talked to their employees about treat customers with no respect and I think they need to be talked to again because as I was talking to Daniel there were multiple employees that would come over and laugh while I was talking to Daniel and walk back into the back. I went to this location on 8-16-25 Saturday. I paid with my card in the drive thru and was never given my card back. Within 2 hours of my card being missing I had a purchase trying to be made. For 16.10$ I called the in n out yesterday asking if they had my card.. and they did. I drove 45 min to pick up my card! I don't live close to this location at all, just to be told by my bank that there is fraud alert from the purchase that was trying to be made by my card while it was at this location. Now I cannot use my card I drove all over to even get my card back. I'm not blaming anyone but for my card to never been given back to me is wrong and thne fraud purchases while my card was "missing" but in the hands of the in n out is so wrong too. I came to get my card and the manager acted like everything was fine. Didn't ask why my card was left there or how..... I never was inside the store the drive thru employee here...

In-n-Out is just In-n-Out. it really doesn't need an introduction, but for those not in the know lets just say... its a west coast staple that needs to be experienced if you haven't. I'm not die hard in-n-out, but i don't hate it either. I know quality and love simplicity. You know what they have added and removed from their menu? NOTHING, since 1948. Don't get me wrong i do love a gourmet burger from time to time... but if i wanted a burger with a backstory and a gimmicky name i would head over to Red Robin. People give In-n-Out so much flack saying that other places are superior, don't listen to them, those are all the narcissist's trying to get us to conform to what THEY believe is the best newest spot because they are trying to be trendsetters.
