Krak Boba — Restaurant in Anaheim

Always cycling through menu options, mostly good. Love the atmosphere inside. Would recommend to anyone. There is only one size as of now and it is quite large for some people. I don’t have a problem with it but some may find it difficult to finish. The boba is always really good but I don’t recommend the crystal boba. It’s just inferior. I keep track of my reviews of drinks. I am going to list a few.

I love KRAK Boba. So I don’t even love Boba very much but I tried this place and it is so good. There are so many different varieties of tea smoothies, coffee with or without Boba different kinds of Boba and I think it’s about four times I’ve been here with this location. I really like the staff , they’re just kind and they take a moment to talk to each customer so it really makes you feel at home. I usually order online for pick up and it’s always ready within a minute of getting here and fresh.

I just tried the caramel coffee blend (Frapp Star ) right now and it is super delicious. I know that my daughter likes the queen Brulé and I have friends that we’ve done here with love dragon fruit one haven’t tried that we don’t like.

The other thing I love the fact that you can either have a regular sweet 75% 50% or 25% sweet that’s like huge how awesome I just got the 75% sweet Frapp Star and it’s still very very very sweet and...

Came from Culver City and waited 1.5 hours to support the grand opening to be first 200 people in line. As soon as the store opened it took another 45 mins before customers were allowed in. I kindly asked Tim if he would honor my ticket for another day because I had to be at another commitment . He wouldn't allow it and just told me to come back before 8pm knowing I came far. Horrible first experience and customer service. Furthermore, I left a complaint on their Facebook page and an employee just liked my comment. Not supporting any of these stores.
