Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Anaheim

FYI - LIttle Caesars delivers with Door Dash. I told this to all of my family and friends and they had no idea they did. So that was cool. But what Little Caesars fails to tel you after you are done ordering is that It’s not a company owned delivery system. This is not mentioned anywhere in their website that Door Dash is delivering. I don’t even have a Door Dash account! So for one the driver never came to my house. Me and my family thought we saw him and made eye contact. He just sat there staring at us in front out our house??? But he never came out to even ask if this was the correct address. Then waited 2 to 3 hours after he left before getting a notification that the pizza couldn’t be delivered though Door Dash. Now I THINK that he called me because I had missed calls from Washington. WASHINGTON. How was I supposed to know Little Caesars in Southern California near Disneyland would have a phone number with an caller ID of Washington?? And with all the spam calls going around I didn’t want to pick it up?? The company should have called us from the store to let us know it couldn’t be delivered if there was an issue. At least then I could look up the phone number. we ended up waiting hours for nothing. Never doing take out with this pizza place again. So number 1 : Had no idea this was being delivered by a different company. Number 2: The driver didn’t do his job correctly. And Number 3: We never got our pizza and took our business to...

Poor service, poor quality. I like Little Caesars pizza normally - this was an awful experience. Was quoted 10-15 minutes, after 30 minutes I was asking (quite nicely too) about where the food was and why others had received their pizzas sooner. I never expected an Italian cheese bread to be a difficult order. When I asked the cashier and one of the cooks started talking in the back. I found it odd and watched to ensure my food wasn't being tampered with, including to snap a picture of who they were. I filled out the survey on the receipt later and received a very prompt call. The call was very odd, the only question was why was I taking pictures of the employees. I explained the situation and was told I would be contacted by the manager shortly. And I've never heard from them again... The hot and ready extra most bestest wasn't cooked thoroughly, the dough was uncooked in the middle of the pizza. I understand they are in a busy location but I would not recommend this...

So this is a mistake I made for not double checking my pizza and that's on me. I just ate a pizza without any sauce. I check my order and see if I mistakenly have not asked for any sauce, no I did not. How is it possible that a pizza is made without sauce? Cheese, dough, tomato sauce. Three simple ingredients that make up a simple cheese pizza and my pizza somehow had no sauce. If you are ordering from here double and triple check right in front of the cashier because it is just not worth it to get a pizza without any sauce. The only reason I did not bother to return it is by the time I was home, I was simply dumbfounded that such a thing was possible and could not be bothered with it. Shit happens, but for the love of god put some sauce on that pizza...
