Sandwich Plus — Restaurant in Anaheim

I never got the chance to make an order. 2:30pm on 9/14/23 I parked in front of this business and immediately a man with a gun in his left pocket, short bleach blonde hair with all black clothing and sunglasses walks out and immediately tries opening my car doors, attempting first the passenger side then attempting drivers side rear door. I was seriously shook, I was yelling at him to stop and asking him what he was doing before rolling my window down and asking him what he was doing when he then apologized and told me to calm down. To which I said you have a gun, please go away. So he walked back into sandwhich plus. Ya sorry sandwhich plus, I’m not coming in after the dude with a gun acts like I’m the problem and then re enters the business.

Great homemade taste and high quality sandwiches. I ordered the the famous triple decker ham, Turkey breast, avocado, and bacon club on rye bread. It tastes way more fresh than subway or other sandwich shops. All the veggies were crisp and the bacon was the right amount of cooked. Price was around $7 and I was stuffed afterwards. It is family owned and it shows how much they care about their customers. Everyone was kind and friendly. They make good sandwiches. You can just tell when you walk in the door and the smell of fresh deli meats and baked bread overcomes your olfactory senses. I got the large sized hot pastrami sandwich with avocado. Soo good. The atmosphere is a standard linoleum floor with lunchroom tables. Not terrible, but nothing that piques your interest or says anything about style. But you are only there for about 20 min or less to feast on some delightful sandwich cuisine.
