Had tried this restaurant twice before with amazing results on food and customer service. My third time was a disaster. The customer service was horrible.

The cashier gentleman was very dismissive because of the paper menu to fill out. Not knowing of this because each time previously I was able to walk up and order without problems. However, this particular time the gentleman was irritated and proceed to bark the choice as if I should have understood and know this process. He made me uncomfortable and did not have the patience needed to explain what to order. As I told him that he needed to tone down his attitude, another employee acknowledged his tone was abrupt and non friendly, stating that's the way he talks.

Customer service is very important and should not be compromised because the customer doesn't understand how the business runs.

I recently stopped by Spin Poke and Grill, and overall, it was a great experience. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, and the poke bowls were packed with flavor. I appreciated the variety of toppings and sauces they offered, which made it easy to customize my bowl exactly how I wanted it. The portions were generous, and everything tasted super fresh.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the service could have been a bit faster. It wasn’t a long wait, but during busy times, it felt slightly understaffed. Also, while the food was great, I think the pricing could be a little more competitive compared to other poke spots in the area.

That being said, the quality of the food definitely makes up for it. I’ll absolutely be back to try more of their options. Spin Poke and Grill is a solid choice for anyone craving fresh and flavorful poke. Just be prepared to wait a little...

Been wanting to check this place out for some time. Finally got a chance today. WOW. First, it's very clean and modern styling. You can order using a little order sheet. Very easy. You just check mark what you want and walk up to the cashier and pay. The food comes out lightning fast. Maybe not even 5 minutes. All fresh made in front of you. I had the works bowl and fish taco. The works was good. Just like it sounds, it's got it all. I particularly liked the mango. Adds a little sweet to the savory. The fish tacos sort of blew me away.
