Came here today for myself, Mom and sisters here we got 4 drinks together. The other drinks were correct, two Summer Lemonade Refreshers, Caramel Ribbon Crunch. But my drink was incorrect. First of all, the Baristas did not pay attention to the inside customers and were too busy with the drive thru and mobile orders that had maybe two cars. The first barista girl who was originally taking orders went to the back and it looked like the other baristas didn't want to come to the register and were trying to see who would be willing to take my order. Finally, a guy with fluffy hair and a mask came and took my order with the worst customer service ever. Didn't even repeat my order back to me so no confirmation. I ordered a Blonde Iced Vanilla Latte, my favorite drink and the one with the blonde shots. My two sisters and I sat at the long bench in front of the pick up table. While waiting, I noticed that another barista was passing samples to literally everyone else in the building except us. I understand my two younger siblings since it looked as if it had coffee, but I didn't get a sample either even though we were right in front of them. I got our drinks and noticed the label on my coffee was wrong meaning the guy did not get my order right, I even tasted it knowing it was wrong. I would have said something but I didn't want them to resent me for it and take even longer. When I went back to the car, we realized that we were not even given the right straws for the popping boba either. I had to go all the way back into the store and headed for the pickup counter, the barista there was too busy making drinks, back turned to us to acknowledge me or another lady with her pick up order waiting. I then headed to the front counter to wait behind someone and then ask the original barista girl if I could have two of the bigger straws. In the front, it didn't look like they had any but they kept them stored near the drive thru window instead so she went over and grabbed one. I asked for another and she went all the way back for it too, talking to another barista handling the window. I could hear the words "Another straw.." come from her. I was not satisfied at all with the customer service and the organization of this store. I understand that it can get busy sometimes but during this time it looked as if they didn't care at all. Do not recommend...
Read moreI come here often and it’s usually an okay and nice experience but just earlier today, I went around 6:50pm and ordered two drinks. I’m always happy to talk to the baristas when I get my order. Not this time, I don’t know if he’s new or if he was having a bad day but that doesn’t give anyone a right ti take it out on anybody else. When I got up to pay at the drive thru window some white skinny guy in glasses (black frames) possibly gay by the way he talks,I don’t know, I would give his name but he didn’t even have his badge on so I don’t know his name, he was also wearing a brownish hat I think. From the very beginning he gave such a rude attitude. I told him I’ll pay some cash and the rest on my card, when I reached to pay with my phone he didn’t budge to even reach out an inch out the window to help me tap my phone,I asked him nicely if he can help me out by reaching just an inch cause that’s all I needed him to do. All he told me “You know you can just pull your car foward and back up” when he clearly saw that my car’s mirror was almost scraping. My car is super low and I’m a small girl, I’m just upset cause I go to this Starbucks often and nobody has ever been made me feel like that. When I asked if he can hand me one straw for my frap he didn’t even want to reach out his hand to give it to me, I had to unbuckle my seat belt so I can grab it as well when I paid with my phone to tap it on the card reader. I never gave him attitude the way he did, I never talked back to him or anything either I’m just highly upset by the way he...
Read moreThis is the Starbucks closest to my house. I need to work on something real quick, I’ll take my laptop, grab a coffee, and work on whatever I need to. Today I went, I just need to work on something for maybe 30 minutes? Got there at 7:22 PM. Door is locked, staff inside behind the counter, chilling and talking. I call and ask if the lobby is closed early today. Lady told me just for today because they have an emergency. Technically, the word sorry was used somewhere unless she said, but it kind of sounded like, from a customers perspective, she sounded busy. Not apologetic that a customer actually came to the door to discover the door was locked… No sign on the door or anything so I could see from my car and not get out of my car, period I’m sure their emergency was huge, and they are standing around behind the counter, just chilling and talking… Probably just my perspective. But then again, the customer’s perspective matters to the customer, and this is simply my opinion. I could be completely wrong. They could’ve been standing around chilling, laughing, talking while talking about something very serious, but how I, the customer, felt? It felt like they could not care less. Did she invite me to come through the drive-through? No. I was reminded why I always drive to the Starbucks on Beach, even though it’s a further drive. I don’t think I’ve ever felt disrespected by the staff there....
