Starbucks — Restaurant in Anaheim

Every Single.Time I stop to get an iced tea here they fill the 3 orders after me first, then I have to ask them when will I get my tea. And they always say " oh I'm doing that one next". Right. I keep going back because of the convenience of being in Target. But this is the last time. And all they talk about is taking their break. And I even saw a barrista hand walk a drink out to a "friend" in line. There's no excuse for this...

Typical Starbucks so coffee and service is ok. Location is terrible! Parking, drive through and entrance for 6 or 7 other businesses feed through a small 2 lane zig zag entrance and since the drive through is always long it chokes up the entrance. Terrible engineering. Be prepared to wait long for access or just go...

Would be nice if the employees actually read and followed what the customers wanted. Light ice means light ice.. not grab the biggest ice scoop and put it in a venti drink.. 3/4 full off ice isn't light ice.
