Arby's — Restaurant in Andalusia

Came in to pick up an order that I made. I checked my food and got old and stale tasting fries which you can look and see because they were small burnt crumbs in them and it wasn’t even a minute when I went back in and asked can I get some fresh ones but whoever the girl is that was working drive thru is rude as hell she snatched the fries and slammed them in the trash like I’m bothering her not saying I’m sorry for that then made me another one but my question is if you had fresh fries why give someone bottom of the barrel old fries?! I’ve worked fast food myself but normally you apologize for the inconvenience and then when someone says thank you don’t turn your back and ignore them as if they’re bothering you. I order all the time from here because I work here in Andalusia but after this encounter I’m not spending another dime because I don’t want to spend my money in an establishment that makes you feel like they’re being bothered with bad...

The food was cold and horrible. I ordered a gyro and it was plain. No sauce. No lettuce or tomato. .only a little bit of meat and it was only on one side of the gyro. I also ordered a roast beef sandwich. .it was cold and very very pink . very raw! And I ordered the loaded curly fries..they was about 6 fries in the bowl with raw bacon and only a drop of ranch on it and no cheese at all..and the chicken sandwich was completely raw! .as I sat in the drive thru waiting for my food forever I saw a nasty looking guy in his 20s with long hair..no gloves on making my food. I would have drove away if I had not already paid for it with my debit card. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the black female at the drive thru was completely great..but I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone! !!! I ended up throwing my family's food away and going to churches chicken..this place should be...

HORRIBLE!! YET AGAIN ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE PULL UP TO THE DRIVE-THRU AND THE SAME CAR HAS SAT AT THE DRIVE-THRU ORDER BOX FOR OVER 10 MINUTES CARS IN FRONT OF YOU WERE PULLING OFF AND I WAS LIKE WELL I'LL JUST GO INSIDE AND ORDER MY FOOD I ASKED THE LADY YOU KNOW IF SOMEBODY WAS TAKING THE ORDERS IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH AND SHE SAID NO WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS RIGHT NOW AND I'VE ALREADY EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT'S HAPPENING I SAID WELL WHAT'S HAPPENING BECAUSE THERE'S OTHER CARS IN LINE AND I WAS ONE OF THE CARS AND I'VE COME INSIDE TO ORDER SHE SAID WE'RE NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OUR SYSTEM'S DOWN I SAID OH OKAY SORRY ABOUT THAT AND WENT TO WALK OFF FOR WHICH POINT THE GIRLS STARTED WITH VERY SMART UNNECESSARY RUDE REMARKS ABOUT HOW SHE'S ALREADY EXPLAINED TO THE FIRST CAR AT THE DRIVE-THRU THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN AND EXPECTS I GUESS THE OTHER THREE CARS IN LINE BEHIND THEM TO...
