This place was extremely great! I have been to the Cane's in Florence, KY, but the one on beechmont was so different. The inside was decorated so well, and the staff! OMG!!! The staff was the nicest people I have ever met. My son was with us and he was so happy! One reason was because we were able to sit down inside past 9pm. The dining room was open until 11pm!! That's unheard of anymore! Every single person who was working had a smile on their face, was so inviting, and they just treated us so well! The whole time we were there( we did sit for a few extra minutes just so my son could enjoy his food and not rush) all of the employees were cleaning, working, they all stayed busy! I haven't seen a staff in a restaurant stay on top of things like this staff! I did call the restaurant after we left. You could tell when I called and ask to speak to a manager, he was ready for a complaint, and when I told him how much I enjoyed myself as well as my family. He was so thankfully, he could tell his hard work was seen that day. The manager knew exactly who we were, since he was in the dining room. This is hands down the best of the best! The employee working the second drive-thru window did not repeat the order, make eye contact, or engage in any form of communication. When I initiated conversation—either to request sauce or to address an issue with the order—her response and body language conveyed clear irritation and disdain, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
After noticing a similar complaint in a review from a few weeks ago, it seems this may be a recurring issue. While I understand the staff may be young, professionalism and basic courtesy should still be expected. When I was in a similar role less than a decade ago, this type of behavior would not have been acceptable, regardless of age.
Additionally, after needing to go inside due to missing items in our order, the employee at the front counter displayed a similarly indifferent attitude. A team meeting focused on customer service expectations and training would likely benefit the entire staff.

Read moreFood was okay. Just regular/typical. Place was not busy at all, only one car in the drive-through, very few cars in the parking lot at all, however, tons of workers just congregating. The workers at Eastgate) location were by far way nicer. I didn’t even get greeted when I walked in Beechmont location.. When I fine, very weird and inconvenient is that you can drive through the drive-through and place any size order right then and there, however, if you’re picking up a mobile order that you placed in advance, they will not hand it to you out the window. Do you have to go in and get it, which I just find very odd and petty honestly. The convenience of picking up your order through the drive-through after working all day long is enough to not wanna make you go back Anytime in the future. I guess this place is letting the TikTok viral popularity get to them, what happened to places that are all about the customer I mean, without the customer you wouldn’t be there.
