Arby's — Restaurant in Anderson

Stopped by here last night to grab some thing eat b4 heading home. I ordered the crispy chicken comb total of $9.××! Got home 6mins later! tReady to eat!! My chicken sandwich wasn't fully cooked...It was pink in the middle! Gross! It looked like it wasn't fresh nor hott! My Fries were cold, hard and just not good! Everyone knows curly fries are not good once they sit under a heating lamp for awhile. I wasn't able to eat my chicken sandwich😕!! I was so disappointed...I'm hoping I don't get sick from this! The customer service is always awesome but the food is not good! Im not sure how great first shift is but night shift food service sucks! I'm willing to sit and wait for my food to be cooked and prepared as it should be! TIP TO KEEP IN MIND 2ND SHIFT EMPLOYEES: WITH YOUR MENU PRICES... You guys should be having Good food , Hott and Great Customer Service is what keeps the customers coming back!! I don't see myself wasting any more money on food that's just not fresh nor good! The employee that took my drive thru order was very friendly!! We went here to pick up something to eat. We know that they start lunch earlier than most places. This is a perfect place to go if you want something to eat but not breakfast food before lunch. We were able to get something to eat that was lunch food at 10 in the morning. Instead of a biscuit we were able to get a roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a cold diet Dr. Pepper and a chicken bacon swiss sandwich with curly fries and a cold diet Dr. Pepper. All for under a $20.00 dollar bill. The service is for the most part friendly, it usually doesn't take long and it is usually made correctly. Every once in a while there is a pushy cashier that wants to rush you while taking your order. Not today our cashier was very nice and took our order friendly and correctly our food was made right. Didn't take long and was good. Most of the time they are friendly when sending you on your way as well. Every once in a while you'll have someone that just hands your bag to you and shuts the window. I went to Arby's on 4803 Main Street in Anderson, SC. And ordered 1 of their Buffalo chicken sandwiches and I ended up with food poisoning. So I will never eat there ever again. The manager or whomever made that sandwich did not cook it all the way through or something and the manager said that they always cook it all the way through and but if they cooked it through like they claim they did then why was I stuck with food poisoning then? So I hope they go out of business honestly. The reason why I hope they go out of business one day very soon is because when I called to file a complaint to the manager at that arbys restaurant about me getting food poisoning and the manager said oh I'm sorry and hung up the phone rudely! And if that food poisoning would have put me in the hospital that arbys would be dealing with a lawsuit right now. So they are very lucky that I didn't have to go into the hospital. So me and my family will never eat there again. And I don't recommend anyone else to eat there either unless you want to take a chance if getting food poisoning too. I strongly don't...
