10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered two pizzas last night around 11:33pm and when they arrived they WERENāT DONE whatsoever. The toppings were falling off due to the dough not being done. When I tried to call @12:15am (My pizza arrived after they closed) nobody could answer because the place was closed. I decided to call the next morning to see about getting an ENTIRE refund or a reorder due to them obviously rushing and not making my pizza correctly. The manager gets on the phone and goes to say that they canāt do anything about it but give me a $10 credit because when I called they were closed. (Not sure how I can call a place and get someone to answer when the place is closed. I then told her about the pizzas being doughy and she said well I wasnāt working here last night and thereās no way for us to see if the pizza is done all the way because the toppings are on top of the pizza. MAKES NO SENSE. As you can see in the pictures this pizza was literally WET. She then told me that I couldnāt get a full refund because of how large of an amount I spent on the pizzas they apparently couldnāt just cancel that out. After over an hour?! I called and talked to the manager and she basically acted like it wasn't her problem because they're shorthanded. The manager kept interrupting me and had an attitude that she just didn't care if customers were upset by long waits and acted like it's not their responsibility to hire adequate and reliable staff. She also kept insisting the pizza was almost here but then stated it hadn't even left the store yet. I ended up telling her to just cancel our order and we'd go somewhere that knows how to run a business. She was more than happy to end the call and I hope I'm not charged for the order that I cancelled because she didn't ever even ask for the name or order number.
For future reference, I would have been much more sympathetic to their issue and more than happy to wait and pay for my pizza if we had been contacted about why it was taking so long and not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey have a "tracker" that shows you the progress of your order. It lets you know when the pizza is being prepped, baked, quality checked and out for delivery. On the web site you can also leave a review after your pizza is delivered. They found a way around that. If they are having a bad night and they know your pizza will take a long time to be delivered and likely arrive cold they simply stop updating the tracker after it says "bake". You can't leave a review until it says "out for delivery". 1 hour and 15 minutes after they started baking my food it arrived, and sure enough was cold. I can't leave a review on their site because my food has been "baking" since 11:05pm yesterday. I guess I ordered it extra well done. UPDATE: They contacted me to get a hold of them to make it right. It was a ācopy and pasteā message they send to all bad reviews. I responded and it appears they werenāt expecting that because they never said another word....
