Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Anderson

Why is the simple things so hard. 3/14/25 around 1130. Only person in the drive thru. No customers in the store. First there was food all over the ground by the drive thru window. Literally just half a head of lettuce just chilling with tomatoes everywhere. Second customer service was terrible. You tell someone good morning and they just stare silent at you. You tell them thank you and they just close the window. 3 out of the 4 subs ordered were wrong in one way or another. Barely anything put on them. For 50 bucks this was a huge waste of money and a rip off. If you want to know why your location has crappy reviews and you will probably go out of business this is why. Maybe do better and offer value for the money and train your employees to actually care just a little. I will never...

It’s not what I expected. That’s the best way to sum it up I guess.

I’ve had Jimmy John’s before in other places and not been disappointed but when I pay $6-$8 for a sandwich I hope for it to look at least like an attempt to match their advertising.

The first one I ordered was so shocking I ordered another one just to make sure it wasn’t an outlier. Nope - apparently every sandwich comes with like one thin slice layer of meat, a piece of cheese, and maybe a sprinkle of shredded lettuce and tomato.

The bread and chips were good, although the bread even looks much bigger or something on the ads. If there had been more meat and other ingredients I might have a better idea how good they were.

The staff was friendly. Place was clean.

I just am not impressed with what you get...

Usually Jimmy John's is amazing.... Today sucked. We literally were looking at an employee that never greeted us. She then proceeded to walk to the back with some paperwork (??) before coming to the front to take our order. I never saw her wash her hands. The food was ok. Again, I've had WAY better from this location. I was very disappointed in this whole experience. Also, we couldn't locate any napkins. I looked high and low for them. I like extra mayonnaise, and I need at least one napkin for a sub. You couldn't ask the employees for any because, at this point another employee had come back in from a fast food restaurant, they were too busy eating. We do not go out to eat often, so I was sad...
