Kroakerheads — Restaurant in Anderson

this is a hard review to do because I didn't like anything except the tater tots, my mother loved everything and my wife was somewhere in between. the onion rings were about 90% batter to onion. they included the skin of the onions and most of the pieces the onion was so thin you couldn't taste it or it was a skin and you couldn't eat it (see photo). the tater tots were perfect, those are really hard to screw up. the grilled tenderloin had a nice thickness and nice flavor, but was ruined by the bread which was burnt on one side and mushy on the other. we toss the bread and just ate the tenderloins. the breaded tenderloin used a cracker crust, which I don't really care for. but my mother gave it five stars and took the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. so I would have given this two stars, my mom would give it five stars. Never been here before as I was passing through this town for work. What a complete waste of $10. I would have had more satisfaction sitting in a gas station toilet eating a gas station hotdog. The bartender Dallas walked by me atleast 8 times like I was a mirage and then I watched while he lit half of a nasty cigarette up behind the bar and took two shots with guests. How in the world does this place have more than 2 stars. Granted , the other bartender was getting cussed out by some special needs person but even she did not once even greet me, i understand like 5 min without a greet but I sat there for almost 20 min until finally some chick that apparently doesn’t even work there take my order lol. This place is a joke and if this joint is overall rated 4 stars I see why this town looks...

First and only time I’ll ever go there it was HORRIBLE. I asked for a Long Island Iced Tea, sub sprite for coke (as I always do when I order it) and the drink was straight vodka and gin. My husband and I both choked when we tried it. On top of that, the service was awful as well. We weren’t given water refills until our food was completely gone, and the food was, at best, okay. Not a fan. The server either couldn’t hear anything we said or didn’t pay attention the first time it was said. I wouldn’t recommend this place, it’s definitely the worst dine-in/bar experience...
