I ordered a pizza online for delivery at 4:14 pm and the estimated delivery time was 4:50 pm. At around 5:10 pm, we did not have our food. I checked the tracking app and it said our food had been delivered. I even checked my ring camera to make sure it had been delivered and it had not. I called the store and was immediately placed on hold. When a staff member picked up, I explained the situation and was placed on hold again while they went and got a manager. While on hold the line disconnected and started to ring again. The same employee answered and I had to explain the problem to him again. He said he was waiting for the manager when I hung up and called back. I did not and I told him that the line disconnected. He put me on hold yet again and finally the manager got on the phone and said that because they were so busy, they had to give my order to DoorDash and I should get the food in the next 15 minutes. He did apologize for the inconvenience. A few minutes later DoorDash support calls and asks for my address. I had to tell them 3 times what the address was and finally said we'd be standing outside and what we were wearing so they could find us. About 10-15 minutes later DoorDash pulls up and said they couldn't find my apartment. The pizza was not in a pizza bag and so was lukewarm at best. DoorDash support called back to make sure we got our food and my husband said we did but the food wasn't hot and at this point it was 5:40 pm. Well after the time the order was placed and past the expected delivery time. DoorDash guaranteed a full refund and contacted the store while on the phone with us. Somehow, it arrived at like 10pm with no explanation as to why it was so late. Never had this experience with any other local restaurants. I sent in a survey indicating my problems. Guy gets back to me to say he’ll get back with me. Never heard back from him. Sent follow-up email that was also ignored.

We were told they only had 1 driver and a storm was brewing, hence the delay, and that our order should be delivered in 10-15 minutes before the associate hung up on my husband. When 20 minutes passed and our order still wasn't delivered, he tried calling again and still can't get anyone to answer the phone. The order is now over an hour late, and the website doesn't offer the option to cancel and get a refund.
