I ordered a sandwich with no mayo and they put mayo on the top of the bun. Yes, I mean the outside of the sandwich.
I don't normally write reviews for businesses because I want to support businesses and not say just some minor issues that they have because I assume they are aware of their problems, and are doing their best to improve. However, I have debated several times about leaving a bad review for this McDonalds. I cross my fingers every time that I come to this McDonalds hoping that they get my order correct. I usually will order McChickens with no mayo, and its a 50/50 chance of whether they make the sandwich correct or not. Typically they will give me ONLY mayo if they mess it up. This mistake is somewhat understandable because I know some people will ask for only mayo and the people in the back may just think that's what it says on the little paper. (I don't get super mad at this mistake, but when it happens 50% of the time it gets really frustrating to the point that I have to check before leaving the drive thru.)
Today I got my usual and I checked the first sandwich on top and it was missing lettuce, but at least it had no mayo, so I left without complaining. I regret not complaining because the next sandwich I pulled out to eat had MAYO ON THE TOP OF THE BUN. Not to mention that the 3rd sandwich ALSO HAD MAYO ON THE TOP OF THE BUN. Like seriously? Mayo on the outside of the sandwich??? and to do it to both sandwiches??? From now on, I will be taking the extra time to drive to the further away McDonalds, and I suggest everyone to do the same unless you don't care how your sandwich is made or which side of the bun they put the sauce.

Read moreI really hate to write this, as this location used to be the best one in town, but it has fallen tremendously in recent months. I am fed up and will not be returning to this location. Here are just a couple of examples why:
Three times in the last month have I had to wait 15+ minutes on my curbside pickup because the staff mistook my McDonald's App order for DoorDash. Instead of remaking it, they simply brought me the food that had been sitting out; stone cold.
Five times in the last two months did I simply not receive an item I had ordered. When I called, they would NOT issue a refund, instead telling me to come back to the store to have the item made.
100% of the time in the the last SIX months have I not received any kind of substitution or addition made to my order, even those that I paid extra for.
The straw that broke the camel's back was the "hot chocolate" I received about an hour ago that was simply a large cup of hot milk. I paid $0.80 for three extra units of chocolate and received exactly...

In the five minutes in the drive thru a worker named Robert showed the most professional, friendly, and personable attitude I have seen in any fast food worker. I noticed on the way to the next window that the screen said "1x ketchup packet" and laughed that I would not be returning if they gave me only 1 packet for a 6 piece chicken nugget. When we got to Robert's window he joked about it and we had a conversation. He seemed to actually be interested in what we were saying and afterwards he told us that there would be a couple minutes wait for our chicken tenders. While we were waiting the people behind us decided to blast their speakers and honk their horn to get us to pull off or hurry the workers.
