Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anderson

My daughter and I stopped by for lunch after she got outta school. She's a senior at Westside. She gets out early half day student. We decided to check out the menu as we waited patiently in line behind other guests. We placed our order ourselves using their self-order service machine. I ordered The combo 3 soft shell tacos 🌮 with lite cheese & drink for $7.99. My daughter ❤'s the new nacho Dorito tacos 🌮! So she ordered 3 shell tacos and drink for $10.09! Expensive on the price but so worth it. We 💙 🌮 Taco Bell 🔔 and loved it more when prices were kept low. Taco 🌮 for .99 back in the day. Service was fast! Less than 5 mins and they were busy during lunch rush! Drive thru orders! For some reason no employee was up front taken care of customer's in line waiting to order so they ordered n paid themselves. We got our food quickly but without large cups 🥤..We had to ask for cups. We decided to eat in the dining area. Tables were clean and sauces were fully stocked. Napkins included. Drink station was a mess. Water, ice n soda everywhere. Somebody didn't clean up there mess. Other than that. Great experience. We will return soon. I 💙 the reward app. It's free! ONLY giving 3 stars because the food was great, like always, unlike the service, like always. Gentleman that took my order literally yawned into the microphone whilst I was ordering. Then let me go through a whole list of drinks before I asked what they did have to drink, all to tell me the only thing they had was Mtn. Dew (which is fine, but tell me before I order every other drink besides that). Get to the window where the lady BARELY greeted me with a “hello” before the window closed. She sat holding my drink out the Togo window for quite sometime before I realized she was waiting for me to grab it. She never said anything to me and my food was handed to me in the same fashion. Disappointment. This seems to be a reoccurring thing at this location and I’m done trying my luck with it. I think the owner doesn’t care for the business that’s why the management is not focused and taking arrogant rude people on to job who don’t want to work and how to talk with customers also. I was over there the lights were on , the sign was on also, I was at driveway I waited for at least 5-6 minutes no one reply’s than I went to paying window I blow the horn , and I said I want to order and they said they closed . What kind of service they providing if they closed than at lease they should have to turn off lights. Earlier 6-7 times they gave me wrong food every time when I order Supreme Chalupa + beans - beef they gave me beef ones. After that when you call them as usual we will look foreword on next order. The management must have to look what kind of people they hiring and have to give proper traning.
