Wendy's — Restaurant in Anderson

When I pulled up to the speaker there was one vehicle at the window and only a few cars in the parking lot. The worker said "hi welcone to Wendy's" and nothing else. So I waited patiently assuming she was helping the car at the window. A minute went by the car at the window pulled off and the girl on the speaker asked if I needed help finding something on the menu, I responded that I didn't know if she was ready to take my order or not. She did not respond. I sat there at the speaker for 3 minutes and 2 girls appeared at the wondow and were staring at me. Neither spoke to me through the speaker. So I started pointing at them and the speaker not knowing if they were having problems. The girl then said to me you can order whenever you want. So I ordered my food and she did not repeat my order back, tell me my total or to pull forward. I looked at the screen at the drive thru and saw the order had went away, so I pulled forward. The girl was very short with me, told me my total and held out her hand, no smile and seemed as if she was irritated with me. She handed me back my card and receipt not speaking a word shut the window and turned her attention back to the pos. When my food was ready she shoved the bag at me still not saying anything, I said Thank you have a good evening and she still never responded just shut the window and went back to doing orders. The single most unfriendly experience I have ever experienced in a drive thru. Then when I got home my chicken in my salad was soggy and there was no knife in the bag. I live 0.9 miles away it takes me about 5 minutes to get home from that location. It will be atleast another 6 monthes before I try this location again. The service is inconsistent as...

Okay so the menu board was not lite up so at 1030 at night it was super hard to see and then we order and I say it at least 3 times and it wasn't that hard we both got grilled chicken sandwichs which my boyfriend only wanted cheese and a side of bbq with a strawberry lemonade then I got the grilled chicken with mayo tomato pickle and onion only and I said my order at least three times I would say and once we get up there their credit card machine isn't working so that was another negative and then he checks the bag after we start driving down the road which I told him to check before we even pulled out and he didn't listen to me but of course they didn't add his bbq sauce in there and they gave us really large strawberry lemonades but the fries were probably a small or a medium and they were so salty they were disgusting we didn't need them at all it was so nasty and they were kind of cold and soggy I don't know it was just not my cup of tea and that was the first time I've been to Wendy's in years and I'd say I probably won't be going back for a few more years again if I ever go back wasn't...

Out of EVERYTHING especially with the new fuego meal and won’t let you know till you’ve bought it. They were out of the chips and out of the sauce ig so I just got a normal chicken sandwich which is $4 cheaper. The lobby pop machine is down but doesn’t have a sign saying that, so when getting my pop I find there is no ice coming out, Then I notice my pop is hella hot so I ask em if they can maybe get me some ice but they said they didn’t have any. But drive through was able to make ice and had the drinks cold so why couldn’t anyone get me one from there? It was a mess and they were all being super nasty attitude about it and I was tryna be nice. Got basically waved off. I’d just shut Wendy’s down it’s pass it’s time in these parts.
