10/24/21 @ 6:15PM made an order through the drive thru, the associate helping was a young girl, long brown hair, petite and NOT friendly, demonstrated a poor attitude. Maybe she thought she knew me or maybe she is just a miserable, and unhappy or maybe having a really BAD day - I do not know but I have NEVER had any service industry employee treat me the way she did this evening. My husband and I ordered one Wings & Things, traditional, wimpy, large 1/2 cut tea and one Nibbler. At the window, I paid in cash, she snarled at me when she took the money and when she gave me change back then handed me a regular drink and I reminded her that I ordered a large. Again, snarled put the drink down, said something to coworkers and began bagging our order while looking at me as if she hated me. Again, I DO NOT know this young girl. She handed me the order and said “she is getting your tea.” Then she handed me a straw and the tea which had tea on top of the lid and down the side of the cup. I asked this young girl for some napkins, she barked at me saying the napkins are in the bag, I said I understand but I need napkins to wipe this cup before it spills in my car. One more time, she snarled at me grabbed two napkins and handed them to me. I thanked her and rolled up the window, when she stood at the window staring at me…I highly suggest the Owner/Operator pull the video for this transaction snd address her behavior. I will not return to Zaxby’s on Anderson Street, I prefer to spend my money where my business is appreciated and the associates are friendly or at least DO NOT snarl at me! Who acts this way? I came inside and ordered for here because figured it would be better to eat wings inside .Well I waited and waited and waited until I finally went up to the counter to see what the problem was. They had bagged it to go and sit in on the counter. Which had been sitting for some time. So I told them it was supposed to be for dine in and this was on my receipt. They put the same food on a tray and brought it to me cold. I did send it back, which I do not like to do, but this meal was $13.07 for single person and I really did not want to eat it cold. I waited again at which time my food was finally brought to me and said sorry they burnt other wings and had to make more and was it ok? It was not hot but not cold and I took it because I already had waited so long.I give this two stars because Samantha was apologetic for this, but make it noted she was the only one!!! My husband loves this place so Much that I tell him he should have stock in zaxbys, but I will think twice about visiting this...
Read moreI called in a 4 person order at about 5pm. Seemed easy enough. I was told I could come through the drive thru. I got there at 5:20 and they said the order was in the system but had not been placed. I went inside to be nice instead of clogging the drive thru. They gave me my drinks immediately but I waited behind 2 people for what I thought was to pay for my order. But no I had give them my order again. What?
Ok fine. I would assume they would rush my order given the mistake. I waited 30 minutes more. 30 minutes. A total of 50+ minutes. It would have been better to just order in the drive thru. I talk to the manager, who was aware of the issue. But all I got was, have a nice day. Have a nice day? It was the first time i have been to this store and i will never go back!!!
