Walked through the door. I had a hard time reading the menu on the wall so i walked up to the counter. I was then Told “the line starts over there, your going the wrong way” i said im sorry, i didnt see any signage for directions and i was just reading the menu. Got in line, kid behind the desk comes over. Takes my order. No gloves on. Some other person came over. Took my girlfriends order. She asks a few questions and is given rude/condescending answers. She simply asked if they had caramel sauce. The kid says, no we dont have that ice cream. I said she asked for the sauce. He said. We dont have that ice cream. I again said she asked for the SAUCE. He said oh i didnt hear you say sauce. Really dude? Anyway. Takes the order. No gloves. Makes both sundaes. No gloves. In a matter of 5 minutes I was asked a total of 5x if i was going to order something else. As if they wanted us out. For a high end ice cream shop, the service was on the low end. Not to mention the attitude from staff. Probably not going to return. But. On a brighter note. The ice cream...
Read moreThe gentle that answer the phone was extremely rude. We called to double check they were open and the reply was “where did you find our phone number” I said Google. His reply was “then our hours should be right there”. His reply should have been “yes we are open until x”
The reason we called to see if they were open was because another ice cream shop in the same area had their Google listing saying they were open.
Parking in this area costs money and when you have kids it’s an inconvenience to unbuckle multiple children, pay at a pay station to just find out...
