Pizza Square — Restaurant in Andover

Great pizza for the price. Take out only as they don't offer dine in and they don't deliver. Although they offer 5 dollar pizza the most interesting pizza they offer is the Mac and Cheese pizza. The Mac and Cheese is great when it is cooked and not too over loaded.

Very good breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, and cheesy bread. They also have wings. The wings were of good size and nice and piping hot but the sauce was it bit runny and we would have liked more of it.

They have a few different kinds of dipping sauce. The ranch is a bit runny but tastes good.

Pizzeria could be a bit cleaner. The flour and stuff doesn't bother me as that usually indicates a good pizza place but the baseboards and tile is really dirty and so are many of the other areas. The chairs are comfy but are pretty gross and the counter to pay is cluttered and dirty. I only bring this up because it kind of makes me wonder about cleanliness in the kitchen. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! A month ago I ordered A sausage pizza w. Extra cheese and boneless wings, my total was only $13. Yesterday I ordered the same thing and somehow my total came to $18.20.... Not a big deal! I had cash! But that's a biggg difference from last time. I payed and came home to find 2 ranches 1 garlic 2 blue cheese 2 marinara sauce I DID NOT ASK FOR. I was upset cause I payed an extra $3.50 for sauces . On top of that I did not have extra cheese on my pizza!! So I called in, the guy Tyler was very understanding he said he would refund me my money back.... I went in and he told me he's sorry he called his manager and she said he couldnt give me my money back to give me a free pizza. Ive had sooooo many problems at this place I didn't even wanna step foot in that place! Its a bunch of stonner kids, who's young, and dumb and eats and text on the job while making your food! This is our go-to pizza place. It is fast and a good price. The people who work there are always so nice too!! The pizza and wings are so good, every time!! We will keep coming back… one thing that I would like to recommend to you guys that would take your pizza place to the next level is to try to have your store more clean looking on the inside. There are little things that could be done inside the store that would help it more appealing (wipe counters more frequently, vacuum more, clean glass, staff hand hygiene to and from kitchen-cash register, etc.) and this would in turn make us customers love this...
