Dollar Tree — Local services in Andover

Had a bad experience with an employee named Jon. The cashier woman paged him up from the back to get him to help us locate an item in stores that we were not seeing. He opened up a second register and when we approached him and asked him to show us where the item was he merely gestured vaguely at the area and told me I can find it there. When I asked him to please walk me to the area it should be since I did not see it when I looked before he told me I should go look where he told me because he has to help people check out. I mentioned how the page for him to come up was to help show me where this item is if they had any, and that I was next in line, not accepting his refusal to help me. He apologized to the people who had been standing in line at the already opened check out, and reluctantly walked us there, gestured at a whole shelf and said "it would be here, is there anything else you need?", not stating where it would be, since deducing it was not in stock. The cashier and manager need training on coupons. I tried to use 3 manufacturer's coupons that I clipped from the Sunday today. The coupons were for scotties and puffs Kleenex. The coupon beeps. The cashier tried to tell me it was because the coupon was a Dollar General coupon which wasnt true. Dollar general coupons are only digital. The back of the coupon said dollar general because it was clipped from the paper. The manager tried to say my coupons weren't working because it was a limit of 1 coupon for my entire transaction. This would be true if I was buying multiple of the same items. He tried to tell me it was because my 1st coupon for juice went through and I couldn't use anymore for my transaction. Have been to this particular location a couple times. Does not have soda coolers by the registers like the other near by locations have. Also, the aisles were a mess, and didn’t have any birthday gift bags. Only plain colored paper bags or wedding. I went to the Champlin location the next day, and they had 20oz sodas by the registers as well as a whole wall of birthday themed gift bags. I’ve been to the Andover location once before as I recall now to look for a certain bathroom cleaned I think it was toilet cleaner, and they did not have anything. But I go to the Anoka location and they had toilet cleaner. I just will try to remember not to go to the Andover location... just inconvenient to go to multiple locations to get what I am...
