Andover Tobacco — Local services in Andover

There are several smoke shops in the vicinity of my home that are closer than Andover Tobacco, yet I drive the extra 5 minutes to go there EVERY time.

For starters, their prices are better than the other places. Secondly, the store is immaculately clean and always very well stocked. But more than anything, they provide EXCELLENT service each and every time I stop in. Plus, they show their appreciation to loyal customers by way of a punch card that gives you 25% off after 5 visits! That's huge! I routinely spend $40 each time I'm there which means I save $10 when my punch card fills up! That's so awesome!

But even without the punch card, inventory, and lowest prices, it's ultimately the best place because they know how to treat people. In fact, I'm heading there now!

I'm only giving them 5 stars because 10 isn't an option! Keep up the awesome work, Andover...

This place is by far the greatest! The customer service is wonderful and they have great selection. Forgive me with names but the first time I went, one of the sons made me feel so welcoming and so many smiles so I went again in the next couple weeks. There was the other son there and he made my experience even more great! Then he said if you like my brother and I wait till you meet our mom. Blew me away. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! can’t recommend it enough!! Family owned business, the owner and his son AHMAD are the ABSOLUTE BEST. The ambiance of the place is impeccable, you’ll never see a tobacco shop like it.
