I have been coming here for over 2 months straight on a daily basis because of their service until today. This morning I walked in as usual in a great mood. I ordered a tall blonde and when the barista who gave me my coffee I was being my normal nice self and said "Thank you sweetheart" when the barista handed me my coffee. Less than 12 seconds later, the Assistant manager, Bailee, came to me and said, "Do me a favor and address my staff by their name. It makes them uncomfortable you addressed them as sweetheart". Uncomfortable that I am nice? I have seen and heard worse from upset customer who received poor service from this location. If me being nice offends someone, then I will no longer visit this location. Not ever have I offended anyone for being nice until now. They cranked them out and I was able to still get through the line quickly. Great job to the baristas that takes major skill. . Accidentally left my card there. But when I called and they said they had found it, it was a relief because it was in safe hands. Got it quickly with a wonderful conversation included. Lovely place and people all around.
