The most pathetic excuse for āCustomer Serviceā Iāve ever encountered.
After placing an order through their website, I attempted to make a return and reached out through every possible channel. Two separate return email addresses, direct messages on Instagram and Facebook, and even public comments on their social media. Crickets. Not one single response.
Their silence is more than unprofessional, itās cowardly. A company that hides from its customers the moment thereās an issue has no business calling itself a āboutiqueā or pretending to be customer-focused. Itās clear theyāre happy to take your money, but the second you need assistance, you might as well be shouting into a void.
If this is how they operate, itās only a matter of time before they lose every last customer. Do yourself a favor and shop literally...
