This Domino's deserves exactly 4 stars- let me tell you why. I am a veteran of this specific Domino's on 716 Packard St, having filled up my digestive tract with their pizza on more than 40 separate occasions over the past two years. Is it the best pizza in town? No. Is reasonably delicious and the most economically viable given my current position as a college student? Yes.
There was one occasion where they forgot to add my ranch cups (which was a hard moment in my life but good friends and fireball pulled me through), and another time on a football game night in which delivery took nearly 3 hours. Other than that there have been no notable experiences. I buy my pizza, I get my pizza, I eat my pizza. The Earth rotates on its axis tilted 23.5 degrees. Children are born, good people die, and life goes on. Not much more to it.
There is my good homie Henry, who is the best goddamn delivery driver in Ann Arbor. Shoutout to you my man, I got serious love for ya. Other than my superb man Hank, the workers seem totally fine. I trust them with my pizza.
So if you wanna whine about your pizza not having enough cheese and give this place 1 star, get out of my city. If you want to pretend like Mario Batali slaps his huge schlong on the counter every morning before cranking out pizzas all day, you're wrong too. 4 stars is exactly correct; it's a given...
Read moreDon't bother placing a delivery order after 1am, or at least, don't order delivery if you're super hungry because there's no guarantee that your food will arrive at all. This is now the second time that I have ordered online for delivery past 1am, and the food did not get to me at all, and both time, I waited until past 3am (their closing time) to see if they would get to me. I literally live 5 minutes, by car, away from this branch. Also, I place these orders before closing too. Tonight, I placed this order in time for my order to be complete by 1:56am (time order was ready was verified through the tracker). Not only did it not leave the store until 2:30am, but I also waited outside until 3:08am, even though I knew the drive should have taken them only 5 minutes. The estimated delivery time was 33-35minutes on the confirmation email. If you're going to order, I suggest paying in cash, so that if the food doesn't get to you, you don't have to worry about getting your money refunded. Disappointed in this branch as I've never had trouble with the one located on...
Read morepaid $22 for 2 medium raw pizzas. to be fair $6 was tip. delivery was fast...too fast. would rather wait another couple minutes and have a cooked pizza. appreciate the model odd efficiency but at the cost of quality? dominos has seemed to become very robotic and mechanical. still haven't gotten a response back from Tommie the manager on duty. oh well. I've only lived here for 12 years and students will come and go eating this almost mediocre pizza. Silvio's and Neopapolis are still my favorite here in town. Good luck! p.s. just tried calling back and the phone just played ads for 6 minutes. had to hang up!...
