Like they are not serious with the lack of effort and not caring about anything! I ordered a sub and they asked “would i like it toasted” and i said yes. Then they pointed out that the toaster was not working. I said that was fine then the attitude started. The sub maker dropped the knife on the floor and still cut my sub which i thought was crazy yet i didn’t say anything but look at her like no way. She then asked me do i want to put my sandwich in the microwave i said no. She proceeded to give the effort of a 3 year old and then. This is the worst subway i have ever been too. My food was not ready… by the time the lobby filled up with 6 more customers she began to move slower for some reason. She finally gave me my 2 subs and both of them was wrong!! 😑 bread wasn’t properly toasted, missing cheese, lite ( stingy veggies) no sauces added just 2 dry subs!! When I asked for them to be re-made she just stared at me like she ain’t know English!! The customer that she was building the sub for asked a good 3 or 4 times for more lettuce, instead she put banana peppers on the sub which he didn't ask for. The associate being talked down to kept his cool and apologized for the others behaviors. He told the lady talking down to him we all in line wanted Sam the owners number and she refused to give it out.
