Mama Mia's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Anna

On Tuesday evening I placed an order for 1 large pizza & cheese rolls. I understand completely that times are tough but the following response from the owner was unprofessional and rude.

Order was supposed to be picked up @ 6:30 - my youngest brother whom had driven in for our older brothers funeral service got into a crash @ 6:26 pm. He was in shock , I was in shock and frankly I’m panicked at the thought I may have lost another brother.

The pizzeria called me @ 6:44 & again @ 8:20 - i did not answer anyone! Not just them for Christ sake we had ALOT happening and pizza was the last thing on my mind.

On the last call the guy ended the message saying “do not ever call here again” as a business owner you should always account for orders not being picked up , you shouldn’t take things personally and you shouldn’t reject anyone service with out knowing the situation.

Good pizza, bad service. I don't know who they have answering the phone over there but he's a real jerk. He has a bad attitude and no customer service skills. Our street name has been changed and sometimes it depends on what GPS you have or what map you look at as to which name you need to find the house. When I tried to tell him which name to try he cut me off and acted like I was idiot. If I didn't like the pizza as much as I do I would have had plenty of words for him and never ordered from there again. I like to support local business, but I might not continue to give Mama Mia's my business. There are too many pizza places in the area for me to have to deal with morons that apparently don't care whether you do business with them or not. The only reason I can see this guy still working there is because he is the owner or related in some way. I would fire this guy. He is bad...

I like the owner - very nice guy! The city of Anna is very lucky to have such a high quality restaurant in its town. To the owner: Molte grazie per il buon cibo amico mio!

Very reasonable prices. Spaghetti is good! The Alfredo Pizza with chicken and bacon is AMAZING!!! The picture is the Spinach Alfredo Pizza - Very good, too! Look at all that cheese!!! And that’s a small pizza!!! I never feel bloated after eating here - quality food!!! Will be back again and again! Love this place!!!
