The shop is super cute! Great selection. Clean dining area. I am really disappointed though by the man I interacted with who seemed to be the owner or manager. I brought my 2yo daughter for a special Ice cream date. She was very excited to get a cone just like the picture! Chocolate ice cream cone with rainbow sprinkles. The man at the register told us that they "Do not put sprinkles on cones because it just ends up all over the floor". Sir, why do you have an ice cream shop if you have a problem with sprinkles on the floor? Why even sell us ice cream? We could certainly make a mess with that too. He wasn't rude about it and we did enjoy our visit. I just think it makes no sense. Especially with the chocolate sprinkle cone being in your branding design that is on your ice cream counter, ice cream truck, framed on...

I came here this evening with my two kiddos. As soon as we entered, we were not greeted, the guy who served us was didn’t have a pleasant inviting interaction when ordering and asking for 2 flavor samples. I dined in with my children and immediately noticed a different in his interactions with other customers that came in and noticed he tossed my receipt and didn’t ask if i wanted mine like he did others. When i asked him about this he got bothered and then said the screen prompted for a receipt ( which it didn’t ) and then handed my my receipt without acknowledging me again and greeted another customer. Frustrating experience. Walked in after working in the yard for a nice cool treat with our golden doodle puppy in my arms and was immediately told “no dogs, this is a food establishment” with a dirty look and a head shake. I left to go to the car with our puppy and my GF stuck behind to grab a cup of ice cream. While sampling, the rude attitude from behind the counter continued and the condescending comments and tone to her will absolutely be the reason we never return. You are treated with more respect and kindness at the Coldstone in the strip center next door.
