Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Anna

Waited 7 minutes on line while the cashier kept mistaking the order of the customer in front of me.

She answered the phone while taking her order, twice and took the phone order while making the lady in front of me wait. Some of her friends whom I suppose work there came by, while still taking the lady in front of me order, no mask and just walked back to the back making noise louder than the customer in front of me, I think I heard her repeat her order 3 times.

Ordered 2 pepperoni and breadsticks, nothing special. None were ready, I got it sold out will wait patiently, I don’t mind wait a few minutes. 5:38pm started my wait, 6:18 got my pizza, while I saw one guy leave because his order took too long to be made and the cashier and an employee making pizza with no mask could not figure out who that pizza was for. Should have been obvious what was to happen next.

3 other customers came in placed and order and in less than 10 minutes were gone. I just waited, the cashier twice went back there asking, “is there a Jose anywhere”, no one in the back seemed to know what she was talking about or cared to say, “we lost the ticket, what is it? Will make it happen right now. The cashier did say I am sorry twice, while the girl on the back making pizza with no mask on just stared at me.

I love little Caesars Pizza. But this one needs lots of work on their customer service and readiness. I’ve gone Thrice this week and have had to wait for the pizza to be made each time. The food is great for the price. Today when I went int there the guy that I assume is either the manager or owner grunted with displeasure from the back at hearing the door open. There is no smile or friendly tone in any of their voices. Always have earbuds on while working. The second time I went this week the guy I think is the manager was yelling at another employee with profanity about some other employee calling out. The guy made a big deal when I asked for the marinera sauce for the crazy bread. Normally I am always given it without having to ask. However this guys said it come with the crazy combo only. Which I understand but the weird thing is that the second time I order the same thing as I did today and got the sauce with the bread and the price for today was the same price as before so he either charged me for the combo and didn’t want to give me the sauce or he was lying to me. Either way. This store needs a lot of improvement in the customer...

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. An employee came from the back and asked the cashier which customer had placed the order they were making. The cashier replied “that FAT lady”. Referring to a very nice mother who was waiting with her daughter. The staff burst out laughing and not a single person apologized or asked how they could make it right. Before this incident the cashier counted the wrong amount of cash back to another customer. Then was rude when the customer gave her back the extra money, as she had given her back too much change. I am embarrassed and angry for the mother with her daughter. No one should ever be belittled like that, especially in front of their child. And why would you ever be rude to some who is helping you?! I won’t be back to this location. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. This Little Caesars needs an employee over haul. Not ok, at all. Now I get to explain to my two young boys about fat shaming and respect for others… since they couldn’t believe people were laughing at someone like that. My kids are in elementary school by the way and know it wasnt appropriate...
