Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Anna

Came in today and the customer service was awful. What I ordered they made a complete mess of it. The chocolate was almost out and I asked did they have a fresh one because it was not going to be enough and they argued that it would be enough and then after he sees it's not enough he brings two scoops of runny cream and puts it on top of the other making it very runny I asked for cake and that was in the crumbles. Then the guy walks away saying well you ordered it ,yes I did but I didn't want it to look like slop. I asked for the manager and the same guy goes in the back and puts the manager on the phone and what a complete waste of breath. Never listened to me and with the language running together was just not pleasant. We have been coming here since it opened with a pleasant experience even with the manager. Very, very disappointed and won't return. I ordered vanilla with strawberries and bananas mixed together, and place hot fudge on top. I made sure to place the FUDGE ON TOP in capital bold letters but they didn't put this on even though they charged me. Asked for it and they placed 2 - 3 inch ribbons on top. On the other one we ordered vanilla with brownie bites and yellow cake. I received 2 brownie bites and chocolate cake instead of yellow cake. These employees must not have been trained well or they don't car. What a rip off!!! We paid over $20 for 2 cups of ice cream and wasn't the way we wanted it to be. Will not...

Employees acted like we were interrupting something when we came in (we were the only customers in the store). Maybe they were surprised they had business? Either way, they were all grouped together when we walked in and then split apart the second we approach to the counter and all watched us as we decided on the order. It was slightly unnerving.

We had planned on eating in the building, but there was a weird smell. That, plus the unfriendliness of the staff, pushed us to take our ice cream to go.
